Pleasure to do business with
Thank you Dave, Dan and Callum

Having gone through several years suffering the horrible gabbling noise of the pigeons on my rood and the nesting material and bird defication on the patio seats I was in a desperate mood to eliminate these things once and for all, having already had a couple of cowboys promising to rid me of the pigeons and over charging me yet producing no results. I contacted British Bird Control in August this year and last week the team turned up and fitted the strong mesh around my panels and, hey presto, pigeons no longer have nests under my solar panels and the noise has gone. They still come back and attempt to get under the panels and they squabble among each other in frustration. This company is reliable and offer a 10 year guarantee on their work and I'm satisfied that if my problems recur next year they'll come to my rescue again.

We are really pleased - from the prompt & in-depth responses to our initial enquiry to the fitters who attended our home yesterday. The fitters had to work in challenging conditions in our street (workmen, burst water main, gas services etc) & nothing was too much trouble. They were very polite & friendly & got the job done quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Amazing service throughout the process was quick and easy and the service was excellent. The installation team were very professional polite and very helpful recommend this company to any one who has the problem with birds under their solar panels.

from the first contact requesting their products to the completion of the work everything was very smooth. The Admin team were excellent and efficient and the 2 guys who carried out the work were very good unbelievably tidy and kept us informed of what would happen and it did
Thanks to all at British Bird Control for a job well done

Polite, courteous, efficient and informative. Carried out the job on time and efficiently. They were very informative regarding the work that had been done and what to expect. Very happy with the company and the work they carried out.

Great service from British Bird Control. We just had them install bird proofing on our solar panels. The communication with the office was good, and the installers were professional and efficient. We have 1930s roof tiles which are quite brittle but no damage caused. Excellent work and a good price!

In particular, I appreciated how they explained the process before starting
and provided a useful summary at the end of the task. Their application and
diligence could not be faulted and they were polite and made sure the
workspace was left clean and tidy.

I would have no hesitation in recommending British Bird Control, a quality service from initial enquiry through to completion of the task.

Absolutely brilliant company! From my first contact with Gareth who was so helpful in organising everything, to the team of two young gentlemen who carried out the work bird proofing my solar panels. All were so very professional and informative of the work carried out. Definitely recommend them, so very pleased with the results! Sheron Howitt.

Very polite and efficient. Would highly recommend them

Excellent job done on our solar panels stopping the pigeons nesting and all the mess we have encountered. Now we can sit outside without getting birds mess over us while we eat. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service, cannot recommend this company highly enough. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and the chaps who came to do the job were excellent. They all know and understand the words "customer service" If you have trouble with pigeons this is the company for you!

I am pleased to add my name and review in regards to this company.
The whole project from order to completion was informative and easy.
The team were punctual in their arrival, they were polite, respectful, efficient and friendly.
A first class job.
Thank you.

Excellent, responsive service from start to finish. They were very open about timings and their communication was always very clear. The fitters were competent and professional. Mesh is just fitted so we look forward to pigeon free mornings soon.

First had wire mesh installed in 2020 to prevent pigeons nesting under solar panels. No more early-morning noises until spring 2022 when we noticed a small gap had appeared in the mesh and bird noises were again apparent.
Upon leaving a message with British Bird Control, they replied the next day and advised that they'd organise a team to come out and resolve the issue. A couple of weeks later they'd fixed the mesh, advised what the problem was and also sorted a problem with the guttering while up on their ladders. Great service and reassuring to know that the 10 year guarantee works exactly as advertised. Thanks!

very pleased with the professional job done by Michael and Matt. very hard working and pleasant guys, a credit to their company. one or two pigeons still trying to get under the solar panels, without success. Annoying problem sorted. Would highly recommend to anyone who has the misfortune to have pigeons nesting under their solar panels.

Could not fault the service. The team turned up on time, checked out the site and problem and got straight on the job. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves and left.
But for the fact that the pigeons were conspicuous by their absence you wouldn't know that the team had been in attendance.

Luckily I managed to find British Bird Control on the web, they are very busy so had to wait a while but my goodness it was worth it. I was a little concerned about having to pay 25% up front but need not to have been. I paid with my credit card and immediately the office sent me a confirmation. I supplied the necessary photos of our house and our daughter's.The office staff were very helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to my questions about everything and anything. We needed scaffolding because of the height of our house but our daughter didn't. We organised this seperately with a local company who erected it two days ago. Two very pleasant and friendly guys arrived this morning and quickly got on with the job, no messing about. We had three nests under our panels, two were un-occupied but the other had three chicks which were taken away. Debris was removed, the panels were hosed down, gutters cleared, job done!! So efficient Cable ties were used to fix sturdy galvanised metal mesh around the PV panels. We are so glad nothing was drilled into our panels. We will be getting a ten year guarantee tomorrow when we have paid the balance and we will not need to be cleaning windows and washing down our garden furniture and patio every day. Thanks very much to the team from British Bird Control

A GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, the team was polite, provided an explanation of what they had hoped to achieve due to solar panels being difficult to access and maintained total professionalism throughout.
Very happy and will certainly be recommending to othets.

Solar panel grids required to stop pigeons from nesting. The team who did this were very professional, approachable and knowledgable. Very tidy workers and no mess was left upon completion. Would highly recommend using this company.
