I bought a 4 pack of women’s bamboo hipster briefs, and consider the sale price I paid to be a rip off. I was very surprised by how thin the fabric was and doubt they’d last very long. However, only on wearing them did I realise how poorly constructed they are.

The stitching in the gusset (sorry, not everyone’s favourite word!) is not concealed and it’s overlocker stitching so not a discrete single row. It is no exaggeration to say that my bits were on fire from the friction caused by that stitching after two days of wearing these pants. I’ve had to buy some cream to calm things down! I’ve never given gusset stitching a second thought because, well, who does? But after a rummage through my knicker drawer I’ve learned that concealed stitching is pretty standard in other brands.

I’ve got cheapo Tesco pants which were better made. Do better, British Boxers.

I bought a tartan dressing gown for my wife's birthday - it's perfect, fantastic quality.
Also customer service went more than the extra mile to resolve delivery problems so that my gift arrived in time.

I bought my first pair of Bamboo pyjamas from British Boxers and received them today and it's these that have inspired this review.

These are the most comfortable, luxurious clothes I've ever worn. In fact I'm so impressed that I've already bought another pair. They're like wearing clouds they're amazing. The price was fantastic and they were delivered quickly and packaged beautifully.

I should also mention that I bought, a couple of years ago some of their boxers, they're also rock solid and are in as good condition now as they were when I bought them.

I'm definitely a happy customer and will definitely be a repeat customer.

They're clothes are exceptional quality.

I bought the cropped bamboo pjs in bright navy. They are gorgeous. As light as a feather, silky and perfect length for full length on me (1.55 metres tall). I’ll probably wear them around the house on very hot days, as they are so comfortable. And they will pack lovely and small & light for travelling

I’ll get more if they bring them out in more colours suitable for me.

I have bought quite a few products from British Boxers and have only returned one nightdress due to sizing issues. The quality of the fabrics used is excellent and they are very well sewn. Recently I bought the crisp cotton Marrakesh Paisley 3/4 length pyjamas. The design is gorgeous and with the high quality cotton, they are very comfortable. When I previously had to return one item, the refund came quite promptly.

I ordered after seeing an advertisement on social media.
Although I went for my usual size, the product came up larger than I expected. However, the fabric feels great.
I don't feel restricted in any way. In fact, it doesn't feel as though I have anything on! The service is great and the range, choice and colours of the products is excellent (especially with the discounts available).
I will definitely be restocking my smalls drawer (and my husband's) with British Boxers, just in a size smaller.
I'm really pleased I happened across the advertisement and threw caution to the wind by clicking, "Buy".

I have ordered ladies’ bamboo underwear. My order was despatched promptly, in a nice packaging. The goods are of high quality and pretty design. Bamboo is very soft on skin.

Bought two zip up hoodies in the sale. I was very happy with the quality unfit- they were hip length which I prefer over the current short styles. Dispatch was quick and I have found British boxers to be a good reliable brand, having now bought several things from Nan including underwear and clothing. Many thanks.

Let's get one thing straight first. I'm a step one wearer but, let's face it, they are bloody pricey. So I'm always on the lookout for an alternative bamboo based underpant without the high cost.
The wife saw BB on line as they sell stuff via John Lewis or somewhere.
So, as they're only down the road in Leek I went for it.
So I've had these a few weeks now (mixed in with my SO stock) and I can say they have positives and negatives.
+ves - generally feel comfortable on the skin, hardly notice them when on.
-ves - slightly oversized on the measurements, I went for a medium and there is just ever so slightly a bit of give OR the waist elastic just isn't quite tight enough.
Major negative, as the day goes by I get a bit sweaty in them. Step one have that inner thigh patch that stops chafing and these are missing something similar.
Will I buy again? Possibly, based on price and offers but I will always look at Step One first!!

Lovely products, great quality. Slight issues with delivery were quickly solved by the very efficient staff.

OK products but HUGE sizes. Followed their size guide, got the size I get from other shops - pants are so big they fall down! Unlike other shops, they won't let you try them on over underwear, so you're stuck with them. I've since got the smaller size, but from a department store as delivery is cheaper. Also tried their bamboo socks - small to start with and tiny after one cool wash. Way inferior to e.g. BAM's

The girl boxers are lovely and comfortable. I had a slight issue with my order but the customer service was some of the best I’ve had in months.

Quick to reply and more than happy to go out their way to build on customer relations.

My first pair have come apart on the first time of wearing them. Probably why they were reduced in the Debenhams sale

Came apart at the seams after first wear. So appallingly expensive for the what you get. Slow service and overall terrible value. Customer service and attitudes need some serious work too

Being asked to take down my review, particularly when asked to do so in order to receive my refund/ replacement shows the true nature of the company . The values expressed in many channels are not what I'd expect from a professional outfit. People are permitted to express their experience and opinions as they see it. Small businesses should know more than any the importance of theirs actions and responses. Thanks for the reminder to shop with larger corporations

Wonderfully soft and warm bamboo pyjamas and panties at a great discount price. Reasonable delivery time.

I specifically sought out a British-made brand at John Lewis and settled on British Boxers. I was extremely disappointed to find that many of their items are actually made in China. For a brand with this name and such a premium price tag, I find this completely unacceptable. I am not prepared to pay these prices for outsourced manufacturing where quality and standards are harder to verify. Furthermore, I found the styles to be quite frumpy. A very disappointing experience; I won't be buying from them again.
