I visited the site 7months ago to check their products, have been give tour around the warehouse and met few of their friendly staff who are alway eager and keen to help. Very impressed with the service from BritDeals. Alex, my account manager is great and very helpful. I ordered multiple LOTS and they were all very well packed which was greatly appreciated. I have been trading and dealing with various companies for several years. BritDeals has surely kept me as a valued customer. Never have I had any complaints or issues with them. The customer service from all staff members is definately rated @ 5 Stars. There is always a good variety of stock available to purchase. For me brands always matters. And BritDeals definately has a good stock of branded and designer products. The Manager Adam and Sales Manager Alex strive in providing new product lines keeping clients like me in the loop of great selling products. 100% Reccomemded company. The experience from start to end, from purchasing to either collecting or getting it delivered is all a smooth process. 5 Stars to the warehouse staff members too.
