Worst ever experience with Britdeals, last pallet that we purchased was 95% to be thrown away, the most expensive items were very damaged, into pieces. They say they don't inspect the pallets but is clearly that the items are selected and they ask a high price for them. When i told them about the very damaged items they said they will apply a discount to the next pallets so trying to make me buy other pallets at the price that i would usually buy them at pretending that they applied a discount to it. Even paypal is on their side. Please avoid as much as possible.

Absolutely ridiculous please don’t waste your money with this my experience rate is 0 not even 1 star spent 2k £ on damage products everything on the pallet not functional

Have been buying from Britdeals for over a year now and i've never had a bad experience once. The staff are all super friendly, they always help me load the car and great products for great prices, the website is easy to use and i never have any problems when i want to purchase something always a smooth process. Excellent source of stock as long as you carefully check what you are buying and understand that the return lots are uninspected and carry a degree of risk but overall will generate a good profit. Ashleigh Caulfield is a blessing and always goes out of her way to help. I have been purchasing for over a year now and hope to continue to do so for many years to come. Highly Recommended.

Buyer beware. Prices are not good enough to make money on eBay or amazon. The condition of the items are not new and often damaged and they will do nothing about it if you recive broken goods.

Think before buying from these. It might look good on paper but belive me when the goods arrive there nothing like what you expect.

Customer service is also awful and staff can be rather rude at times. I won't be using them again..

Just a tip if you do decide to buy. Never pay for the items when they first list them as prices are extortionate. Wait until they have had things a while as eventually they reduce to a level were you might make something.

I wouldn't recommend you pay more than 10% of the selling price for anything as most items have some sort of problem and you will have to bin half of it.

Just to clarify I bought overstock that was listed as new but arrived damaged.

Please be very careful when buying the uninspected pallets. It is very misleading as some of the items and especially the most expensive once come into pieces, those should be thrown away and not sold. The are indicating a high selling price on purpose so that it looked very profitable while more than 70% would be damaged products.

This company want`s you to upload sensitive documents like photo id etc before trading with you, Does not mention anything about that on the signup process until you want to make your account live.
States kyc law (guidance) as a reason.
No other company has asked for sensitive data like this who i have traded with, They need to make that very clear on the signup process.

Edit: At the time of my signup this company was only stating that UTR number was only needed, They have since updated their terms.
Trust works both ways for sellers and buyers and as far as i am concerned a verified bank account, UTR number is all that is needed to verify who i am, Anything else is just data mining and putting anyones data security at risk of being hacked which i have had the unfortunate experience of in the past.

I am really impressed with Britdeals. The website is easy to use and it is very useful how all of the items in each lot are listed. Very fast delivery. I highly recommend.

Really professional company with fantastic items at good prices, my sales rep Ashleigh was brilliant she answered all my quires no matter how silly they were she was very helpful and polite and i wish to continue doing business with her as she made it so easy. Also made sure i got the pallet on the day i requested instead of the normal delivery date.

My honest review so far I have ordered 8 UKLOTs from Britdeal some arrived untouched and some had items missing from them maybe this happens during shipping but I can't tell.

If you intend to buy the 100% uninspected LOT from Britdeal don't expect much you are basically gambling at your own risk. You do need to have an open mind that you may either gain good profit or the reverse. This is a risky business if you are a reseller like me.

Haven't bought very much from them yet but the stuff I did order came well packaged, affordably priced, and new (though it'll say if it's new or used).

Ashleigh Caulfield sends deals pretty often which are up for some negotiation, but they usually have good Amazon reviews and Ashleigh's pretty helpful.

No real complaint so far and it seems like they've got actual customer service unlike some other companies.

Just received my first box from Britdeals and the delivery time was super fast. All the items in the box are brand new and none of them are damaged. The manifest is absolutely correct, nothing missing or different.
Excellent service, will buy again if the items I have will sell.

Britdeals was my first wholesale purchase for FBA on Amazon. Ashleigh was brilliant. She guided me through the process and was happy to accomadate my requests. Would highly recommend using Britdeals for any of your wholesale purchases.

I will try my best to give a balanced review based on my own personal experience using this company on two occasions. Please do not be fooled into thinking you're going to make any money from buying their uninspected pallets you will loss a great deal of money and there is no way for a refund. Do not be fooled by the pretty pictures taken from amazon and the over inflated prices of what these pallets are worth.

Firstly the positives - super fast delivery and very well packaged pallet on both occasions.

Now the challenges and negatives

Order number 1# pallet of computer and electronics cost £2800 +vat +delivery (don't forget to add VAT and delivery charges to the prices advertised)

- pallet received was missing roughly 10% items as the advertised manifest
- 50% of the items received were severally damaged items I.e. not salvageable and had to disposed of incurring further costs, effort and time for my staff
- 30% were used customer returns with badly damaged boxes and items had defects but resalable on ebay at heavily discounted prices
- 20% were okay which included lots of amazon branded batteries

We manage to recup just a few hundred pounds.

Order number 2# pallet of electronics cost £600 +vat +delivery (don't forget to add VAT and delivery charges to the prices advertised)

- 5 items out of the pallet worked but had defects the rest went straight to the recycling centre

The moral of the story is be careful and know this is very risky business where you will loss money if your not lucky.

Prices are really good on this website. Ashleigh is really helpful as well as a sales rep. They’re quick and effective. Most of the items are still in original packaging .
