Ordered an item which stated delivery of 3-5 working days on website on 2nd Sep, received an email later stating there would be a delay so expect 5-10 days. Acceptable delay so waited, overall I emailed this company 4 times (it got to 8th Oct before I cancelled the order). As it stands (5th Nov) I have still not received my refund. Do not waste your time or money.

I order a Dyson airstrait on 7th September, was promised multiple delivery dates, nothing arrived. I have cancelled and still not received a refund, after receiving multiple refund dates. Do not order from this company!

Ordered a Dyson Air Straightener - Brights messaged "delayed due to high demand issue". Chased again, now advised "delays due to logistical issues", promised delivery more apologies more delays. Gave up and asked for refund which again was promised and promised again and again and never received. Had to go back to my credit card issuer and dispute the transaction. Bottom line don't buy from them - not worth the hassle.

Beware Scam Company- I ordered a Dyson two months ago and it has never arrived. Despite asking for a refund and chasing the company I have not got my money back.
All the 5 star reviews look to be generated by AI as reviewers only have ever submitted one review.

I am perplexed why the reviews are so good for this company. Its deeply suspicious. I ordered a Dyson hair product and it just never came. After a month of frustrating dialogue, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Same again. I asked to escalate the issue but they said this wasn't an option. I asked to speak to a manager but they said this wasn't an option and they only communicated by emailed. No phone. They blamed Stripe for the lack of refund and refuted all responsibilty. I had to raise a credit card dispute. Which required a los of evidence and was a ball ache. I have since been refunded but all in it has taken 3 months. I would avoid this company altogether. Potential scam/con.

Do not buy for this company. Scammers. I also paid over £300 for the Dyson multi styler. They had no intention of ever sending it, every time I queried the none arrival they had excuses and delayed the delivery but said I would receive free gifts.. a bit of a sweetener. After months it didn’t arrive so I asked for a refund, that also hasn’t arrived. I’ve waiting the full amount of time, up to 14 working days.. . I agree trust pilot means nothing here if they are publishing any good reviews. Most likely made up.

Don't buy! It's possibly a fraud web. They don't return my money from canceled order more than a Month and I can't enter my profile anymore!!

Despite their claim on this public forum that the refund has been issued, speaking to my bank and credit card this morning this is not the case & highlights my previous reviews that this is a rogue company not to be trusted and full of lies!!!

Bright electronics is a fake company. It’s not registered or verified. I ordered July 19 2024 .
I still haven’t received my refund.

This is a scam. They take your money. No goods. Don’t use the site.

They didn’t send my product for more than a month and now im waiting refund more than 2 weeks this is scammers

Ordered Dyson Airwrap on 22 September. Never received tracking code, advised 5-10 working days delivery. It never arrived. I requested a refund in full on 8 October and confirmed that I wished to cancel on 9 October. No refund arrived so I opened a disputed transaction with my bank, and received full refund yesterday.

i never received my dyson tool and they never paid me back. they constantly use excuses about delay

Hi All, purchased item which meant to be delivered up to 10 days. Shortly after got email saying that due to high demand for this item, they experience shipment delays. Company couldn't provide estimated delivery, so requested refund. Still waiting and having a problem with executing money back!

My home’s air feels fresher, and I notice fewer allergens. Brights Electronics delivered quickly, and it was well-packaged. I highly recommend the Dyson Purifier Big+.

After 3 months still waiting for my refund for my Dyson Airstraight which never arrived!!! Be aware scammers

I ordered in good faith on the 26/09 2 very expensive products despite being told i would receive tracking information 5-10 days and several emails and promises and another amended delivery date , still nothing has arrived there is no customer support telephone number meaning you cannot talk to a real person for help emails are an easy way to mislead people Do not waste your money go to a proper retailer.

I have ordered Dyson hair straightener from Bright Electronics for 399.99 EUR. Never received it (The excuse was "Oh, sorry, there was a problem with delivery, you will get it soon and with extra bonus!", of course, never happened), after 4 months of waiting requested return of money, never received it either. This time excuse was that it is all because of financial service provider. Sure! Now, when I look at the account my money went to "IZDIHAR GEN TR LLC 12345 SHARJAH". Seriously, 12345?! Now when I read reviews, I can see they are fake, but at the time of ordering it was impossible to tell, normal home page, normal reviews.
After this review I received an e-mail that Bright electonics believe I rated the wrong company. Nice gaslighting attempt, however did not work. I have the same logo in my e-mail correspondence, and the e-mail that gave me all the false promises was "Brights Electronics support.com".
