I ordered dyson hair straighteners and paid for them in full in june 2024, it's now November and I still haven't received my refund after being told my order was out of stock. They keep delaying my refund by giving me silly excuses each time I contact them. This company are a scam they took my money then said my order was out of stock, now they keep delaying my refund by giving me silly excuses after excuses. This company is a fake

Just filter on all of the 1 star reviews for this company and you will see that every real customer has had the same awful experience. There are no products to deliver and they will not give a refund. All four or five star reviews look AI generated and fake. Come on Trustpilot, get your act together.

This company seem very professional and I'm not often duped. They take your money and never deliver because they keep pushing back the delivery date due to 'high demand' and 'supplier issues'. They also keep you hooked because they offer the latest version of Apple Airpods to sweeten the deal.

This is the email they send when you contact them:

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! like many others, we ordered the Dyson Air Blade, never received it, tried and failed to get a refund (€450!!). When b we suggested to the company they were a scam they threatened us with legal action 😅. Eventually Revolut opened an investigation and gave us a refund.

Most if not all their positive reviews appear to be algorithmically generated. Have reported to TrustPilot, let’s see if they keep them up here…

This company is a SCAM. Ordered a Dyson Airwrap Sept. They did not deliver on their promise and I asked for refund. Still not giving the refund. Lost 405 EUR in this SCAMPANY.

Update: They are not responding to my emails and haven’t received the refund yet. Reported to the authorities and bank for fraud and scam.

I was supposed to receive my items from 5-10 business days,however, 4 months later I haven’t received my items. Every time I contacted them and they informed me “shipment will be delayed up to a give date and no further delays” they told me this multiple times. I claimed cancellation and refund. Up to 14 business days I had to receive my refund I contacted them that I didn’t receive refund,they told me to wait a couple more days then informed me everything is processed on their side and to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and I haven’t received anything so far it’s been a months and I am actually afraid I wasted half and year and at the end I won’t receive nor product or a refund

After 4 long months I have financially been refunded my amount. It has been a long and exhausting process but I am glad that’s it over.

Slick website, but the trouble started as soon as I ordered. Delivery date pushed out because ‘product is in high demand’. Product didn’t arrive, I chased, they offered a cancellation and refund on 4 October, which I still haven’t received. I believe that this entire operation is a scam - there is no product, and they will not return your money. Save yourself the hassle, and shop with a reputable company. (If you read these reviews a little more carefully than I did, you’ll see that all of the positive ones are fake, AI-generated.)

Been waiting over 6 weeks for delivery. They have missed 3 delivery dates.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- I bought a Dyson air wrap for my wife on the 24th August for our anniversary in Sept, didn’t arrive, they kept changing the delivery date. I asked to cancel the order, which they agreed to do. They still have NOT refunded my money. I am now raising a fraud case through my credit card company. THIS IS A DODGY COMPANY!!

(there are no contact numbers). customer care person confirmed that I will get full refund in 6-10 working days its very unfortunate till now I haven't received any money nor any reply from Brights Electronics. Now it's more than 7 weeks. It's very strange to see this kind of companies still existing in the market and cheating customers. I'm planning to inform crime stoppers, consumer rights court etc to protect consumer rights and stop this kind of scammers and cheaters.

The Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer arrived right on time and in perfect condition. It’s lightweight, dries my hair super fast, and leaves it smooth. Brights Electronics made the purchase easy, and this dryer has become my go-to!
