I am happy to have meant Danny walker as my travel agent. He is such a good guy who always call his customer to monitor how they are getting prepared to travel after booking with him. Even when you tell him that you are doing feel he will never give up in calling to make sure that you're OK and he's always happy to help to any queries. Infact at a time l was dodging his calls. 😂🤣
I have referred him to a family member and l will continue to prefer him to friends and families.

This was a wonderful experience, Usman was very helpful and informative from the time I enquired to booking and getting all the necessary documents he obliged by making sure everything was in place for the trip.

The company called me after the booking to ensure every detail was correct and the package was to my requirements.
During the trip I lost my phone, Usman went out of his way to try and get in touch with me. He managed to get a number of another group member to find out if all was okay.

I booked a flight with Bright holiday and called for payment then found out my ticket was sold to another person. Then he purposely left the company to leave me with the stress and won't give me my money

Hotel in Palermo awful.Room dark remains of dead insects swatted by previous occupants still on wall furniture stained no mattress protectors or pillow protectors some stairs broken pipes uncovered and wrapped in cloth on staircase gaps under door leading to outside and piles of rubbish at front of hotel .More like cheap student hostel than 4 * hotel.Showed photos to well travelled friends and they said it looks like a prison cell!

I was nervous about booking with this company until an operator called Frank ( I call mr happy) he led me through it! I usually book through the airline company but Franks prices were more competitive! I would recommend him and the company to get the best prices and he really was available to squash all fears . I would use them again !

SCAMMERS, stay clear. They lie and add money onto what you have already paid so that they can get more money out of you. Honestly don’t waste your time, book directly with the airline these people will take more money from you.

scammers, they take money and run away . BLOODY SCAMMERS. never ever recommend them

Im a employee. I requested 1 week holiday via this app. Employer accepted it and took 7 days holidays of my annual leave. That's rubbish, it should be taking 5 days holidays +2 days off. Employer said this is how it works or he has to put separately/manually 5 days annual leave and 2 days off for me! Its a mess, because I have to check my every single holiday request!
It's not clear and not easy to use!
Do not recommend!

I used this company after loosing my £500 with an other company i reserved my flight with Jason and i find that bright holiday have professional staff and this company is reliable than the other scammers because they send you the ticket just on deposit and after check the ticket from the airline you can pay rest of amount.

I must say the customer service is fantastic.
