Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster. After being promised the delivery would be the next day, only 600 of the 1000 bricks was delivered, I had to call to enquire about the rest (I don't know if they would even let me know if they still had more to deliver if I didn't count them). They apologised and said they would send the rest the next week but when I received the bricks I counted them.and there were only 200. Once again, I had to call and ask for the rest of my bricks that I had paid for, all in all it was very embarrassing for the company. I wouldn't use this company again and I would recommend anybody not use this company for any important jobs where time is a concern. 0 out of 10. Unprofessional and just an absolute joke!

Upon discovering the missing bricks in your next-day delivery, we immediately escalated the issue to our haulier. Splitting large packs of bricks into multiple pallets at the delivery depot is a standard practice to comply with health and safety regulations across all pallet line services.
Unfortunately, rare instances like yours may involve a pallet going missing during transit, though your delivery still arrived within our estimated lead time of 3-4 working days.
We fully understand the significance of timely and complete deliveries, hence we acted swiftly to arrange for the missing bricks to be delivered to you the very next day with a 30% of delivery refund . While we do not manage our own transportation services, we are actively collaborating with our third-party haulage partners to minimise the occurrence of such incidents in the future.
