Easy ordering and payment - extensive selection of fixings & good prices. (packing was only above boxes meaning a couple of burst boxes as no padding)

Prompt delivery
Normally I use screwfix or toolstation but then I have to go and collect them I placed an order on the Sunday screws arrived on Tuesday and excellent quality

Order was placed on Wednesday , when i phoned to inquire which courier they used ,as we do have difficulty with some couriers to our address, they were helpful and informative , and the order arrived by 9.30 am on the Thursday.

Good range of products and the best price. Delivery is quick, they dispatch the next day. Love the experience dealing with customer service as they picked up the wrong size of the product and offered me everything they can do to correct it without me asking for.
