Geen ster waard. Heb het eerder in reviews gelezen; er werd gezegd dat de doos lego die ik netjes in de omdoos heb geretourneerd beschadigd was. Hier wilden ze geen bewijs van sturen. De mails die daarop volgden waren zo onbeschoft, nooit eerder meegemaakt. Komt er op neer, dat ze de discussie wilden stoppen en de lego niet eens meer wilden retourneren(!) nadat ik daar om gevraagd had want na 2 weken zouden ze deze doneren stond in de mail. Schade 90,-. Ik heb een klacht ingediend bij de ACM en de mailwisseling als bewijs meegeleverd, in de hoop dat dit soort bedrijven worden aangepakt.

I’ve ordered LEGO from this company multiple times in the past and never had an issue, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

When placing my order, I paid for shipping, taxes, and import-related costs at checkout. However, upon delivery, DHL unexpectedly charged me an additional $132 in import duties. When I contacted the company about this, they told me it was “my problem” and that they had nothing to do with it.

There are several issues here:

No prior notice of additional import duties. At no point during checkout was I informed that I might be responsible for extra customs fees upon delivery. This came as a complete surprise. Had I known, I would not have placed the order—especially since the same LEGO set is available in the U.S. for less.

Excessive shipping charge with no options. I was charged $165 for DHL Overnight Express shipping, which I did not need or request. No alternative shipping options were offered during checkout.

Inconsistent experience compared to past orders. I’ve ordered from this company before and never encountered surprise customs charges, which makes this situation even more frustrating.

The lack of transparency and the dismissive response from customer service are unacceptable. International customers should be clearly informed of all potential costs upfront. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider ordering from this company again.

Brickshop is an incredible shop with an excellent selection of lego at the best prices in Europe with super fast delivery.

Received an item that was damaged and a refund was agreed to, however this was processed three weeks later only after I contacted "customer service" again.

No refund on shipping cost though, only the cost of the product.

"Customer service" quite abrupt and unpleasant to deal with, despite being a repeat customer.

Ik raad deze site en deze incapabele service absoluut niet aan.

Extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Brick shop EU.

Ordered a lego set for over €400 for a child's birthday present.

The tracking information has not updated in over 20 days so safe to say it has been lost.

Customer service are telling me they have to wait for the results of an investigation that can take up to 6 weeks. They've told me I can re order. But I cannot afford to spend another €400 unless they give me a refund.

Stay away from this seller. Useless.

Huge selection of stock at reasonable prices. Quick delivery and well packaged.

The order was delivered on time and the package was in order. The purchase experience was positive, easy and intuitive to finalise it. The delivery was done to another country that the origin it was overall good. Price were good.

Ich bin immer noch ein wenig fassungslos: Am 16.9.2024 bestellt, am 18.9.2024 war die Bestellung bei mir. Aus den Niederlanden. Perfekte Verpackung, dazu ein perfekter Preis. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

I loved that I was notified of price drops on the Lego sets I was interested in. The service and delivery were excellent, came sooner than expected. Even with shipping, this was cheaper than buying the set in Ireland. Would use this site again.

Very fast delivery with the dhl option. Ordered over the weekend and got it in Spain by Tuesday afternoon.
