New to Breeze Balm and am pleased
I have just received my second order from Breeze Balm. The order came quickly which was good. Nicely packaged with company information included.
I have tried the BB creme and am quite happy with it,
but now have ordered a slightly lighter color. I'm 60 years old and wanted to try something a bit lighter on my skin. BB creme goes on well and has some coverage. It's probably a bit shinier than I like, but I'll get used to it. The blush seems nice use. I also ordered the Brow pencil, but unfortunately I don't like it at all. I'm used to using a very fine liner to help fill in my brows, which gives me like a brush stroke. This product gives more of a smudge result. I'll be using what I'm used to from now on. I'm sure it's great if you don't have a lot of brows. Mine just need to fill in the gaps.

However, if you prefer a more matte look or find you get a little shine in certain areas, we recommend lightly setting with a translucent powder to help balance this while still keeping that skin-like finish.
We also appreciate your honest feedback on the brow pencil. Our brow products are designed to create a soft, natural fill, so we completely understand they can feel quite different if you’re used to a very fine, hair-stroke style liner. We understand this comes down to personal preference, we’ll pass your feedback along to our product team 💛

Wrong shade selected by me but no chance of a new one or refund ( despite offer) because I didn't use their process. Very very disappointed!
Order was placed in May. Have contacted but no response. Sigh.

Hey Christina, thank you for your review!! We love having you a part of our Community 💛 Your so right, it is hydrating and will even out any redness. It is lightweight with buildable coverage, doesn't settle into finer lines and as a bonus has added SPF in it for daily protection.
BB Cream Salt
I made use of the free shade swap promotion - after initially ordering Vanilla it was replaced for free with Salt which is a very good match for a standard fair complexion. Customer Service was responsive and the replacement was received in a couple of days.

Eye patches sting bad
Eye patches sting bad. Left under eye really red and tingly for about 1/2 hour.
After this I gave to friend who had same response.
Don’t recommend.
Have tried bb cream also a no from me. I have dry skin and it felt heavy and after couple days caused pimples. Which I normally do not get.

Disappointed. I done the suggested colour match for the May guarantee shade. I emailed letting them know it is incorrect and have been told they will not be replacing. I spent a total of $133

Great Caring Company Breez
I have had a few issues with the birthday sale, colour of my first order of BB cream, wrong colour item in last order. However, the staff who have been under much pressure due to the 🎂 sale, still found time to fix all my issues ( awaiting my different colour BB cream atm) Since purchasing in Mid-Feb, I hadn't realised I could have real help with the product, staff asked me for an email with a photo and then advised a solution to my slightly orange glow lol I am 71 years old. All the products I have purchased to date have been spot on and I look to purchase more over time. Very happy with this Aussie company!!

A happy return customer :)
After spending the last two years trying to find the perfect SPF, I have done so with Prep and Quench!
I have extremely sensitive combination skin (with the added bonus of rosacea!), so have enough glow of my own....and most sunscreens (even mineral ones) make my face look as though it's taking a swim! Prep and Quench goes on beautifully and is the perfect SPF before using the Pomegranate BB cream. The website quiz matched me perfectly to the Vanilla shade (the second lightest), but I've also bought the next two shades (Salt and Oat) for days/nights when I want to be a little more tan or to hide my rosacea.
The combination of these two products lasts all day and doesn't make me feel oily at the end.
I'd also like to note that I've purchased a few times now, and had no issues with aramex (unlike some reviewers in my state). I receive an email with tracking details which has always been accurate, and am notified on the day of delivery, as well as when the parcel has been left.
On the whole, a very happy customer :)

Delivery is seriously lacking and that is why I am giving this review score. The products are great but they use Aramax in Victoria and this company is ridiculously unreliable. The company does not tell you it has not delivered, you have to chase through the order number to find it and if at warehouse, have the audacity to charge you to redeliver. Only option is to drive to their warehouse and collect your parcel. I tried telling Breeze Balm how unreliable this company is yet they continue to use them. I now have to ring the warehouse and be kept on hold for a substantial period to arrange to pick up my goods and this is NOT why you order online. If they used Aust Post I could simply go to the PO. It is because of this I won’t order again.

Curious and off putting smell
I noticed that my review on their website, which I verified was deleted so posting it again. After months of seeing reels on social media with of a lady who's amazed at the results I finally gave in and purchased this. Not hoping for a miracle, just something great I can wear every day. Firstly, as soon as the product hits my face the smell gets me. I would describe it as a mixture of smelly feet and salty fish. It's good they're not trying to cover up the smell with artificial fragrances but this product best suit if you have no sense of smell. The coverage itself is so-so. Overall, pretty underwhelmed and I do not recommend it.

Our BB Cream doesn’t have any added fragrance, just a light, fresh scent from the natural ingredients and SPF.
Whilst this is not a fragranced product, our team works hard to ensure our formulas smell pleasant for everyone, however, we know senses can vary and individual opinions on scent may differ.
In terms of coverage, it is designed to be a light-to-medium, skin-like finish rather than a full-coverage foundation, so it may feel more subtle compared to other base products you’ve used.

One of the few out there that delivers what it promises. I’m on my 6th bottle. I grab a couple of shades to mix depending on the time of year and where my natural tan is at. It’s light coverage so you can still see skin. It’s a great confidence booster when you don’t feel the need to go high coverage. I’m in my 40’s now so this is the perfect level of makeup for me.
