LOVE the BB Cream
LOVE the BB Cream. I find it glides on smoothly, makes my skin look fresh, non sticky, feels light and gives great coverage using only a tiny amount, which lasts the day. My mum borrowed some of mine, now I’ve had to order her some too!! Honestly cannot fault it.

I absolutely love this product!😍It's so silky smooth on my face & as I'm a person who don't like to wear too much make up, this looks so natural!
I also brought this as a gift for my sister in law. Problem was, I purchased the wrong shade for her😐My only other point is I thought the make-up brush could've been abit bigger. Please, can you have more options for the makeup brushes🙏

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received
I was very disappointed with the response I received regarding my order. I purchased two bottles of tan through your website, only to discover a few hours later that a significant sale had begun. As I am not very active on social media, I was unaware that the promotion was about to start.
Given how close my purchase was to the sale period, I contacted your team to ask whether some form of goodwill gesture could be considered. Unfortunately, I was told that nothing could be done.
I find it disappointing that no effort was made to acknowledge the circumstances, particularly when my purchase was made only hours before the sale began. A store credit would have demonstrated that customer loyalty is valued.
Instead, the response felt unnecessarily greedy, prioritising a short-term gain over maintaining a long-term customer relationship. Had a goodwill gesture been offered, I would have happily continued purchasing from your brand and likely spent more in the future.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer and has resulted in the loss of my future business. I expected better customer service and consideration, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

We completely understand that it can be disappointing to place an order shortly before a promotion begins. While we appreciate your request, our sales are planned and promoted in advance, and to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, we aren't able to apply promotional pricing to orders placed before a sale starts.
This policy is applied consistently across all orders. As much as we would love to accommodate every request, making exceptions for purchases made shortly before a promotion would be unfair to other customers who also purchased prior to the sale period.
We're sorry to hear that this experience resulted in a 1-star review, particularly as your order, products and service were otherwise delivered as intended. FINALLY a product that does what the videos say it will!
I am 52 years old and no longer need full, thick coverage, but I want to look nice and cover the redness and age spots without highlighting my ever growing wrinkles.. This is perfect. Its light, looks fresh and not cakey, feels beautiful and a great price too. FINALLY have found something that does exactly what the videos show!
Follow the directions though. Don't put it on straight after moisturizing and use the daytime spray over the top during the day. LOVE this combo.. feels fantastic ♥️

I am very disappointed in this company
I am very disappointed in this company. They had an offer on in the month of May that if you chose the wrong color shade they would exchange it.
However, i purchased the shade they suggested, it is far too light for me and does not give me any coverage at all. My regular tinted sun screen does a better job with coverage.
I asked for an exchange, they asked for a photo which i did showing it is too light and there is no coverage etc., she said it is the perfect match for you. I am taking it up with Consumer Affairs to get it sorted.

Such great customer service, great product
Such great custoemr service. I purchased in the shade match guarantee period. My product arrived really fast, and i live regionally. Great, but wasnt my shade so requested replacement and a few emails later my correct shade was sent free of charge and i get to keep the old one!
I also got the brow perfect thing and it's bloody brilliant. Will definitely be purchasing that one on repeat.
i like the layering ability in the BB cream; toddler mum needs easy and simple and this fits all bills.
i have sensitive skin and zero reaction as well.

I’m loving the bb cream lucky I got the vanilla and the salt shade as the vanilla was too light and the salt was to dark but mixed together is perfect so I ordered more if there was a shade inbetween them both would be good but I’m happy to buy both and just mix them together

I was absolutely delighted with Breeze BB cream, as soon as I applied this light textured and natural finish cream to my face.
It covers just enough, in my case, sun damage, because of years swimming and tennis, to blur that imperfection.
I’m 81 years old, and just love the fact it doesn’t emphasize the lines on my face. It gives a healthy glow, just as they say.
I just love it.

After receiving my order in the mail, the package had been damaged, clearly the fault of the postal delivery. I sent an email to Breeze Balm customer service explaining the problem and they responded immediately.
They sent a replacement straight away via expresss post at no cost to me. I was so happy to be looked after so well. A positive experience. I love the Pomegranate Daily Glow
