I was invited to participate in THE BREATHWORK MASTERCLASS led by Dominique Ceara. The project required a 21-day commitment with 23 videos, including daily check-ins and a final recap, with content intended for use across their website, course platform, and social media.

Despite the significant time, consistency, and personal content involved, the compensation offered was only $20 for the entire project. This does not reflect the level of work or the value being requested.

Projects like this typically have a defined and fair budget, especially when the content is used for marketing purposes. Offering such a low amount for this scope raises concerns about how contributors are valued.

I would strongly encourage more transparency and fair compensation practices for future collaborators.

This is an honest review based on my experience. As someone who has been active on Google with many reviews and travel experiences, I take the time to share fair and genuine feedback.
Please think twice before joining their program and make sure expectations and budget are clearly aligned upfront.

De Breathwork Masterclass is zooooveel meer dan een opleiding. Het is een bedding. Een veld. Een levend systeem waarin leren, voelen en helen samenvallen. Op theoretisch niveau heb ik enorm veel kennis opgedaan, maar wat deze opleiding echt uitzonderlijk maakt voor mij, is dat de kennis niet in het hoofd blijft hangen, het wordt belichaamd.

Hier werd voor mij zichtbaar dat heling niet ontstaat door nóg meer begrijpen, maar door veiligheid te ervaren. Een plek waar het zenuwstelsel mag zakken, waar co-regulatie vanzelf gebeurt en waar je niet alles alleen hoeft te dragen. Waar ruimte is voor precies dat wat zich aandient, in het tempo dat klopt.

Wat me diep raakte, was hoe door iedereens eerlijkheid voelbaar werd dat veel van wat we als ‘persoonlijk’ zien, eigenlijk voortkomt uit grotere systemen. Patronen die we meedragen uit families, relaties en contexten. Dus heling gebeurt ook in de ontmoeting met de ander, in echte verbinding,

Ik begon aan level 2 en 3 met de intentie om mezelf en anderen te leren begeleiden op het pad terug naar hun eigen waarheid. Wat ik vond, was iets veeeel groters: een herinnering aan wie we zijn onder onze beschermlagen. Adem is voor mij een brug is tussen wetenschap en spiritualiteit, tussen lichaam en ziel, tussen individu en systeem.

Na jaren waarin mijn lichaam me vervreemd had doen voelen en ik me nergens echt thuis leek te voelen, was dit de plek waar ik me weer volledig mens mocht voelen. Niet gefixt, niet af, maar oké met alles wat er is.

In 2024 sloot ik level 3 af, maar eerlijk? Het voelde niet als een afronding. Het voelde als een begin. Ik heb mijn veilige tribe gevonden en jullie komen niet meer van mij af 🙂‍↔️❤️

Die Energie von dem Ansprechpartner Nicola Zimmermann war sehr schlecht. ICH WILL AN DIR VERDIENEN! Ja klar. Aber an erster Stelle sollst Du helfen wollen du Junge, dann verdienst du.

Absolute aanrader voor iedereen die zich wil bekwamen in het geven van ademsessies maar nog belangrijker, het door en door leren begrijpen van de fysiologie en de theorie achter het ademen. Kasper stelt niet teleur!

Breath work masterclass delivers all the promise, and then go beyond what you ever could imagine to take out of the experience. Be aware. You are about to stap in to a live changing course. The path to freedom if you choose it. Work, enjoy and live happily ever after.

What I enjoyed the most about the Level II Breathwork Masterclass was the ability to "scratch my own itch".

So many educational environments are "set in stone", feel static and you can tell no one's having fun.

Driven by curiosity, we'd circle the ins & outs of a specific subject (assessing breathing blockages, bodywork, spaceholding, storytelling etc) and then immediately start playing with those elements, allowing it to dynamically "inhabit" us. Such a beautiful way to gain confidence while having fun!

On top of that, the container is so supportive - Anna, Crue & Jerry are really there for you on your journey inwards and this allowed me to really show up and play in the most sincere & loving way... which feels pretty damn good ;)

I'll be back for their 3rd level very soon & highly recommend you dive in and see how their very unique approach to inner work & breath resonates with you.

Bij aankomst wist ik het meteen.

Ik mocht de landing inzetten op een glashelder platform waarop de lesstof rondom adem, het menselijklichaam en alles wat daar mee in verbinding staat zichtbaar word.

Het team is erg goed op elkaar ingespeeld en hebben allemaal hun super powers! I just love it! De vibe is vergelijkbaar met de vriendengroep van je dromen.

Elke invalshoek is besproken/doorvoelt en je krijgt de kennis mee naar huis met een nieuw lichaamsbewustzijn. Een kennis pakket waarmee ik zelfverzekerd met meerdere lagen van de bevolking prachtige adem sessies doe.

Niet alleen de masterclass is fenomenaal, maar ook de mensen die Kasper aantrekt naar zijn platform zijn erg inspirerend. Een aantal van hen zijn zelfs vrienden geworden.

De oefeningen doorloop je stap voor stap, en er is genoeg ruimte om een vraag te stellen. de vraag word ontleed en terug gespeeld zonder twijvel achter te laten. De mix van theorie en praktijk was voor mij perfect in balans.

Eindelijk een manier om te leren los van de schoolbanken in een omgeving van een ceremonie ruimte. Heerlijke groene omgeving.

inhoudelijk is er al veel verteld over hoe de onderdelen in de masterclass doorlopen worden.

Zie deze comment vooral als een bruizend positieve uitdracht. Life changing geweest. VEEL LIEFDE en voor de mensen die in gaan stappen. Have fun. it's amazing:)

Ich habe mich für die Breathwork Masterclass entschieden, weil sie eine perfekte Kombination aus wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen, Selbsterfahrung und Coaching Ausbildung ist. Schon bevor ich teilgenommen habe, habe ich oft gehört, dass Kaspers Programm das beste in Europa ist. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, ich überlege sogar Level 3 noch zu machen, was ich vorher eigentlich nicht vorgehabt hatte.

The Level 2 course is amazing. I came here to learn about breathing, to guide my retreat clients in a better way and learn more about self-regulation. The week has been an intensive proces of understanding myself better in the deepest way possible. The curriculum is well developed and the team is professional and experienced. I experienced the whole thing was an educational '5 day ceremony' on life and becoming a better human.

I first met Kasper during my Wim Hof Instructor course, 5 years ago.
He loves teaching, and knows how to share knowledge in an easy, yet scientific and precise, way. In fact...he is one of the most skillful teacher I have ever met!
I was fortunate to participate to one of his first Masterclass during which I confirmed my desire to explore Breathing further, write my book and create my school. Kasper is a leader and a true inspiration...not only for his extensive savoir-faire but also for his way of living. I thank him heart-fully each time it is my turn to teach breathing.

In april '22 heb ik de level 2 breathwork masterclass ervaren. Een belevenis was het om met een groep inspirerende mensen 5 dagen te leren, ontdekken, groeien en samen te zijn onder begeleiding van Kasper en zijn team. Diepgaande kennis verkregen niet alleen over ademhaling. Uit de kennis en ervaringen van de masterclass en van de overige deelnemers put ik dagelijks. Pas het toe in mijn leven en in mijn werk. Ik heb echt mijn bewustzijn met deze masterclass vergroot.

The breathwork masterclass was the biggest gift I could give myself. For some time I was struggling to de-stress and relax, but breathwork seemed to 'spiritual' and vague, until I came across Kasper's explanation and scientific research and it clicked. With the knowledge about my own body in mind I was able to really let my breath do my healing and the Masterclass was an amazing deep dive to be able to share that knowledge with others and learn how to guide others.

I have had the opportunity to do both level 1 and level 2 of the breathwork masterclass and both courses are amazing. I’m very grateful that I found Kasper and decided to join. Level 1 is an online course that will teach you all you need to know about the breath and more. You will learn about physiology, the nervous system and the brain and then Kasper brings all that theoretical information together in a set of breathing exercises that you can immediately bring into your own life and that of your clients. This first level has given me a very solid foundation about the breath and has given me the confidence to start teaching breathwork classes in my yogastudio.

Level 2 is called a course but that doesn’t really do it justice. For me it was a life changing experience. Off course you will learn a lot about breathing and coaching and Kasper is definitely an amazing teacher that knows how to convey knowledge. But what made this course/retreat so very special is that it’s a deep dive into your own inner being which allows you to experience all the things that you are learning within yourself and more. The 5 days we spend together as a group were just amazing. Kasper and the team understand how to bring a group together, how to make them feel safe and held so you can allow yourself to be exactly who you are without the fear of being judged.

A few words to describe the experience: fun, intense, beautiful, connected, uncomfortable, growth, love, smiles, tribe and much much more..

This masterclass is not only about tools for breathwork, but also about understanding breathing down to the cellular level, bodywork, traumawork and about creating a safe space to guide people through transformative processes.
Kasper and his team are wonderful people, and also the deep connection between the participants was so very special. We thought we knew what we had signed up for... but being able to experience and witness so much personal healing and growth was such an incredible gift... When we left we had all changed so profoundly. I look back on these 5 days with a heart full of love, warmth and gratitude for this amazing tribe. For a master class to become a breathwork specialist, I cannot recommend any other course better than Kasper and his team of experts.

Because we work with the human body and nervous system, the basic fundamental knowledge is very important. Kasper takes you down to the cellular level so you can fully understand what is happening inside. For me, this in combination with the learning style was the choice for this life-changing masterclass.
The absolute success of the live master class was creating the safe space for development and healing. Building a safe family within 5 days is a high achievement attributed to Kasper and his team. Thank you for welcoming us into your loving family.

This masterclass has taught me so much more than I've expected. Not only about breathing, but also about the mechanics of our body, the body-mind-connection about bodywork, fascia release, other people, my own purpose. It's such a complete course after which I can rely on myself because I experienced it all practices on myself and other people and if I have questons I can always rely on the other participants.
I immediately started to use all we have learned during my yoga classes and they were lifted up to Level 2 ;-) My yogi's are amazingly grateful for this 1° change.
And I am deeply grateful that I had the chance to get to know Kasper and the whole team and learned from them and the other participants.
