Ordered ring, earrings and necklace. Quality was awful, chain knotted up. Contacted support and they wanted pictures. I have over 5 emails trying to resolve this issue and I still can't get the return and refund process started. Absolutely worse customer service. Buyer beware, they don't care if you don't like the quality. So they have false advertising on their website. Do not do business with these people.

If I could give a zero star, I would. The car I received does not match the product description and images provided at the time of purchase. The listing clearly depicts a mid-calf length coat; however, the coat delivered is knee-length.

The photographs on the merchant’s website are clear and unambiguous, and the length shown is materially different from the item received. My request for a refund has been met with gaslighting. I am hoping my bank can assist. Please save yourself the aggravation and do not buy from them. They are fraudsters. Thank you

Ordered a coat, fit was awful. Have contacted them multiple times to process a refund and return the coat. I have never received a response. Total scam. I'm out my money and have a coat I will never wear.

They deserve NO stars nothing but scam company. Stay away. The received the cheap trash coat back I have tracking numbers and they still will not refund I had to put a fraud claim in with my bank!

I order a coat it took 3 to 4 weeks to arrive it's thin cheaply made I paid 89.99 definitely not worth it I emailed the company many times and I was always told they needed something more,finally I got address to send back wrapped it up went to post office almost 70 dollars for shipping not worth it,this is stuff they are hoping for

Simply put do not buy from Amy Classic. I was reviewing options and had several items in the cart (same coat - two different colors). I went to another browser and then realized that the order had processed. They had my credit card because they used shop.com. I emailed support right away to cancel and no answer for two days. Per their website they were open. By the time they responded they said it was too late to cancel the order as it was "in fulfillment" but they had a refund policy within 30 days. The package arrived at a different location, and I sent an email that I wanted to return the package and now they are asking for pictures. The package was sent to someone else so now I am trying to arrange for pictures. However, from the other reviews that too is part of the run around. Then they offer a nominal refund of 20-25% or shipping it back to China at a cost that is close to the amount of the package price. So it is all a racket. Do NOT buy from Amy Classic.

Ordered a coat. Coat quality and fit were not acceptable. Tried to return with the advertised 30-day window. Was offered a coupon for a future purchase by an automated help desk. I refused, asking them to honor their return policy. Their support team has ghosted me, but now I am getting pelted with email advertisements every day.

I am experiencing the same runaround. For a week now I have been trying to return a coat, I sent them a photo as they asked and all they do is offer me a credit or partial credit even though I am in their 30 day window for a return!

I. bought a jacket based upon the return policy on the website ..30 day guarantee. The jacket was too big in the middle and too short in the sleeves. The material was thin and the fleece was not soft. I tried to return the jacket for 3 weeks. After submitting a photo, (their requirement) I was given the runaround until finally I got an offer to keep the jacket and get a 20% refund to save return shipping costs. I thought the company was located in the US so I chose the shipping option. I was given an address in CHINA!!! TOTAL RIPOFF..DO NOT BUY

I am right inline with the other reviews! Absolute worst experience ever…coat was awful…I tried customer service four separate times …sent pics each time and then they ghost me…..I am out $80…YES..made and shipped from China! DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY!!!!?

I wish I could put 0! Item was huge and shapeless/ asked for return information immediately. Have never received return address! They are promoting coats and American coats- come from Asia- probably why the fit was so off! It a scam don’t buy!!

I ordered a jacket from there. The jacket doesn’t look anything like the picture. It’s a different shade of brown. It’s a Different length and the jacket bunches up like there’s a roll of something under your armpit. I feel like the company is not being cooperative with returning it..

Terrible quality and very poor fit. Attempting to return product and they are refusing to give a return address.

I’ve reported to Better Business Bureau and am commenting on Facebook where I found them and ordered from.

DO NOT BUY THIS COAT. IT COMES FROM CHINA NOT THE US. LOOKS LIKE A TRASHBAG!!! I opened the bag and immediately emailed them that I wanted to return. They asked me to take pictures of the item. I did and emailed. They emailed again to send pictures. Now they are ghosting me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a coat from them and it was so weird. the arms were so small and the material was trash. I tried to return it and it is an automated system and now no longer responding. please do not order anything from this merchant. I put in a dispute with my credit card and now waiting to see if I can get my refund.

0 stars. The coat I ordered was not proportioned right. It was not well made. Went back-and-forth with customer service. I wanted to return it and then they basically ghosted me. No response no nothing. At one point they had offered me 25% of my money back and when I said yes, I never heard from them again.

I ordered a coat for $89.95 on a Black Friday sale. The site offers a "30-day money-back guarantee." The coat I received was the wrong color and extremely cheap. No lining, cheap fabric finish. Something I would not wear. The return process was difficult/impossible. They offered all types of discounts, etc. When I demanded to return it, I was given an address in Central China with no label (even though it was sent to me from New York). The postage would have been over $55 to return it. I simply donated the coat to charity and wrote it off as a disreputable online retailer.
