I highly recommend this shop

I highly recommend this shop! I inquired about buying a frame from them and they responded quickly. I ultimately bought the frame and as I am living in the US I had concerns with tariffs/duties etc. Maris communicated exceptionally well and answered everything regarding my inquiries. The frame arrived in 4 days as they said and although it got stuck in customs for a bit (10days total), they had ultimately cleared it up. Very satisfied customer here. 5 stars!!!

Best customer service

Well, I bought a Colnago V4RS with an Ultegra Groupset. I’m not an easy customer and i had a lot of questions and requirement but Maris provide the Best customer service i had by patiently response to everything. Would by anytime again! Thumbs up!

BRAVO! Bravacycles

I can only recommend this store! Maris is an extremely passionate cyclist and has enormous expertise. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me recommendations, which I really appreciated! From the first contact to the delivery, everything went smoothly. He has gained a new customer in me and I will be buying my next bikes from him again.

Exceptional Service

Maris understands his customers' needs, is super professional and goes above and beyond. Couldn't be happier with my C68 and the replacement hanger sent (expedited) to help with the hanger the airlines damaged - super thoughtful. Will definitely refer friends looking for Colnagos, Pinarellos and anything else Brava Cycles has on offer to Maris.

Colnago frameset

Bought a Colnago frameset from Bravacycles. The whole process of inquiry, ordering, shipping was amazingly smooth, thanks to Maris. He was super responsive to all the questions with a quick turn-around, despite being several timezones away from where I was located. BC has the best prices for Colnago anywhere, and an amazing customer service to go with it. Highly recommend them thanks to Maris.
