I can’t get this clock to have the correct year so I sent it back I received a call from Braun to say it was working fine and would return the clock. On receipt I tried again still can’t get the correct year so won’t bother going to charity shop won’t purchase another clock from Braun

I purchased the BN0278 automatic watch in 2021 for $600, and after three years of normal wear, the strap developed cracks in several places, until it eventually fell off of my wrist. Each replacement strap is around $85 after shipping and there are no aftermarket alternatives. Despite the aesthetic beauty, I cannot recommend this watch.

The Braun web site was easy to use. The clock was delivered within tge specified time and was well packaged.
The product itself is well made and simple to use with a clear display - exactly what I wanted.
I like the way the alarm sound is very quiet to start with so it doesn’t disturb my partner.
I would definitely recommend the product.

Bhavin is the absolute man. Give this guy a raise for real. He made everything so simple, and really made my life better. I cherish this soul on earth and you should too.

Good compact travel alarm clock, bought to replace our old Braun clock which had travelled the world with us. Hopefully this one will be as durable and last as long.

Bought the Braun BC09 clock but display is dim and difficult to see in day light.

Purchased Braun BC24. Absolutely worthless. In a dark room you cannot see the display unless you turn the bezel to turn on the backlight and then is it barely visible. What good is a clock you cannot see? I would give this zero stars if possible. I cannot get a refund unless I pay for the postage to return. Not worth the cost or effort.

Most beautiful braun clock, i liked it because is unique. Very fast service to mew zealand. Pity the transport cost so much, more than the cost of the clock but i had to have it!

Initially I had ordered a clock, but Royal Mail lost my package! Luckily the Braun support team in London graciously helped me out and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. This really made such a difference for me. I definitely would recommend! Massive thank you to Bhavin in the support team for going the extra mile!!

Shockingly poor my watch is just over two years old..and suddenly stopped working…thinking maybe it was just a battery I swapped out the battery like for like….the watch is still dead….looking at the inside it’s a terribly cheap Chinese movement secured only with a cheap plastic ring….without the battery it just waggles around inside and the seconds hand has already fallen off….used to be German made ….clearly cost cutting has hit…save yourself some money and buy a Casio….that will at least tell the time after 2 years

Ordered through Braun.de - order took forever to come from the UK (I mean, why??). Explains why the postal charges were 10 euros.
The product wasn't great - the clock face and alarm settings were harder to see/read than online, the travel 'cover' was useless as it folded out in front and couldn't be folded backwards, the knob for turning and setting the alarm was super fiddly.
Sent it back, which cost another 13euros. So Braun set me back 23 euros for... postage and nothing else.
Don't order online. Just find the products in a shop somewhere.

five times the amount of tax. You should have informed me about this. That's why I want to return it.

I was looking for something that I could use at my desk and this fit the bill perfectly. The fact that it allows me to charge my phone or earbuds just makes it better

Fantastic watch. I first saw Braun clocks more than 30 years ago when my dad went to Germany and brought for me a Braun alarm clock. That clock was with me for the next 15 years, diligently reminding me every morning to wake up and study. After I completed my engineering and presently working for Government, I bought a Braun clock and watch for my dad 20 years later
