Love my barrel
Love my barrel, but had several chiller issues, so for that reason alone I didn’t give 5 stars. However, the support team and service to change out the chillers, provide advice and direction was great. I now have the new, built in-house, BM chiller and it’s working really well with no problems 🤞🏼plus the app is simple to schedule on.

The ServICE just gets better
I had problems with getting the ice to be on the surface and after much help from Izzy realised it was a mistake on my part.
Most help desk staff can’t wait to close your ticket as resolved so that they can move onto the next customer. Izzy and the staff at Brass Monkey aren’t like that they genuinely seem to care.

I love my brass monkey t.shirt, the quality is very good and the fit was perfect.
The only thing that wasn't so good, was the delivery time. It said 2 days delivery but was more like just over a week.

Expensive but worth it
Writing a short update to my prior review as I can’t amend that it seems.
I have the barrel and brass monkey’s own chiller unit. What a fantastic bit of kit. This really is UK engineering at its best. Build quality is amazing. You really do get what you pay for - yes these are expensive but worth it if you are serious about plunging and going to stick with it. Company have been amazing to deal with from sales, support and installation - all are really passionate about the product and customers.

Awesome for so many reasons! It does what no other ice bath can and that’s a fact! Nothing out there compares and the service / customer care is one of the best I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been a customer from the very beginning and they treat me no differently now, from way back then! 5*, only because I can’t grade higher!
