Exceptional service from start to finish! They honored my appointment time, and I came in for a brake inspection. I needed front brakes and rotors, and the team went above and beyond by applying every available coupon, putting air in my spare tire, and even zip-tying my loose engine cover at no extra charge. The customer service was outstanding every step of the way. A huge thank you to Mary, Chris, and my mechanic, Gavin, for your professionalism, honesty, and teamwork. You’ve earned a loyal customer!

I didn’t have an appointment. I just drove up at 4:30 cause I thought my car was close to overheating. A nice guy came out and looked over my engine. He explained to me some things about my car engine. And basically assured me that I would be fine to drive home. I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was like 50’s salt and pepper long beard. He didn’t charge me, he didn’t accept money when I offered to pay him for his time. I will be making all my appointments at a Brakes Plus from now on.

The experience I had with Brakes Plus was emotional for me. My brother passed away and I purchased a car so that I could make it to his homegoing celebration in Kansas City. From the moment I walked in I was greeted kindly by Cody or Coby(so sorry if I forgot his name), but he was so compassionate with me as I literally looked at him with tears. I needed an oil change and a diagnostic test to make sure my car would make it out of state. The mechanics working on my car took their time and made sure my car was ready for travel. I will never forget how kind I was treated and how compassionate every single one of those employees were to me. I will always go to this location for services and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Thank you guys so so much!!! My heart is forever grateful. I took my truck in because the air conditioner was blowing hot air. I was told before I agreed to have the service done, that if they charged it up, and it didn’t work the price would be $150. They finished and told me it was blowing cold air. It didn’t feel very cold but it was also close to 90 degrees out and I was in a hurry to get back to work (in hindsight-that part is on me for not immediately driving back). They told me that I would likely need a new compressor soon, but that it was “working fine again”. Four hours later I got in the truck and it was only blowing hot air again. The compressor is completely out. Considering the fact that I only live 4 miles away from the shop, I have a very hard time believing that they did not know the service wasn’t actually a fix before they sent me home and charged me the full $267. Very disappointing “service”.

When my truck suddenly wouldn't come out of park last night, I wasn't sure what to do. My very first call was to Brakes Plus in Peoria because I remembered how helpful and professional they were during a previous visit.

Paul immediately stepped in to help. He arranged a tow truck, got my vehicle into the shop first thing the next morning, and had it diagnosed, repaired, and back in my driveway by dinnertime. In a situation that could have easily become a major headache, Paul and the team made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and incredibly efficient.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Paul's professionalism, communication, and commitment to helping me get back on the road exceeded every expectation.

I went to this establishment with a light on in the dashboard. I said that I needed an oil change but did not want them to do it unless they could tell me what the problem was. They then changed the oil and told me they did a check and my battery needed replaced immediately. they would go from there. They charged me $100 for a report that did not happen. I paid to much for the oil change (over $100). I went to BG automotive Topez, They actually gave me the code p1070 stating that the dealer needed to reprogram the eou. Please stay away from this business that exploits women. The lady with teeth missing was unpleasant, she saw dollars signs when she saw me walk in. BG didn't charge me anything for there report. Please avoid this business.

My granddaughter took her car here to have her brakes worked on. When they called to say it was ready to be picked up, she was told that the master cylinder would need to be replaced and would cost about $1,700. She declined to have the service done at that time. The next day she took the car to a different company and was told that the master cylinder was fine. I hope this was just a misunderstanding, but I was standing there when she was told this. I would hate to think this company would try to take advantage of young ladies.

They printed out the cost of my oil change that equaled out to be $58, yet when I went to pay the price increased to $75. The employee told me it was because of taxes and I asked to see a printed version. The new version showed a completely different set of charges, shocker none of it was taxes. Do not go here, they are not upfront with their pricing. I originally went for a 50% off oil change that was normally $85 for a full synthetic oil change....yet somehow I was charged $75 with a 50% coupon.

Fast pace and he identified the other problems i didn’t even know about. To be honest I don’t remember his name, but it was the younger guy, i think he said he was there for about 2 months or so

I went there and they literally unscrewed my bolts on places that were not even meant to be used for a what asked to be serviced and broke my hood latch and then told me they couldn’t even fix the issue bad service was no receipt for the the even looking at it.

They had my car in the air as soon I arrived and in no time He was actually showing me what was wrong myself.I first went OneWay however is was wrong. Brakes Plus Gets an A+. It was amazing on the day before Memorial Day weekend to experience GREAT customer care, not just customer service. Management at Brakes Plus and potential customers need to know that Vince Catrin at the store at 5800 S Kipling Pkwy, Littleton, CO 80127 is a real find. I brought in a semi-restored 1990 Honda CRX that he and his staff determined had a single missing bolt on the right front disk brake caliper. They inspected the area for damage, replace the bolt and called me to come and get the car in less than 4 hours.

Vince listened carefully to my initial description of the sounds and performance and noted the concerns. He explained their daily crush before the Memorial Day rush. He then set a path forward that established doing the right things the right way. All done with a sincere tone of caring about me.

I arrived with an expectation of a considerable bill involving minimum charges at least, diagnostic charges and parts costs. Vince turned the invoice toward me to read - it said ZERO.

Now that’s CUSTOMER CARE! It is different than customer service.

Kaitlyn and Matt did a great job standing behind their work. i had my brake system flushed (as well as axle seals replaced and other work) and after i got the truck back it seemed that the fluid wasn't as clear as i expected. i informed Kaitlyn and she was happy to have Matt redo the work for free. Hard to find companies these days that stand behind their service like Brakes Plus.

Jem provides amazing service. I found that my skid plate was dragging on the ground under my daughter's car. I brought the car to this shop a couple of minutes before closing last Monday. I said I could just leave it overnight. Jem immediately put the car on the lift and bolted it back on. No charge. I was super impressed with his level of service, really great guy. Now my daughter can drive the car to work the next day, incredidly helpful!
