My alignment done in and less than 60 days I was taking a trip and my tire blew up because of the alignment being bad. I had to have it towed realigned and buy two new tires because the other tire was getting ready to bust. I have complained to the manager he gave me an email to send to the company. I was trying to get reimbursed. I know there was a warranty and their reply to my reimbursement. My complaint was closed. Didn’t get my reimbursement. Can’t get the manager at the location to call me back or the company to respond to me. Communication has been horrible

My check engine light came on today, did the usual; went to an auto part store to get the little code reader test to see what code was coming up. Code 0012, on a 2019 Nissan Frontier. Was told to go to Brakes Plus for a diagnostic test. Tanner greeted me right away and checked a few things, added some oil; I was 4 quarts low, 🫨. Then discussed with me what my next move should be, didn’t try to up sale me; didn’t try to suggest unnecessary costly things. Just genuine honest suggestions. I will be doing a diagnostic, where he said he would give me a list of urgent to not urgent things I need to have done and go from there. Finally!!!!! A mechanic who isn’t out to bankrupt the customer. I will definitely be using his services for my truck and I will recommend him to anyone I can from now on. Thank you so much Tanner, I appreciate you more than you know.

I made my appointment on line. I got in right away. I needed brakes. I went in for an estimate and they were able to install my brakes the same day. Very efficient and recommended future repairs. Everything was explained to me. Michael B. Made it easy for me to get repairs.

I have bringing my cars to this location for 15 years - I have always had good service and experiences - today Brian and Tim were very helpful and fixed a minor issue while I waited

I stopped in today to have something checked, that had come unplugged under driver’s seat. A young man named Cameron,
was able to plug it back in for me, and get me on my way! Assured me it was fine and nothing to be concerned about! Such a nice young man, so professional, knowledgeable and kind!
Have used this location before, and always such a pleasant experience. Awesome customer service, and very trustworthy!!

We live in Mead, Colorado. We only took our vehicles to Mike Johnson at Brakes Plus shop when he the manager in Firestone. He handled all our repair needs for a number of years and the only one we trust. He is very knowledgeable and the service was always outstanding. Now that he is at the Longmont Brakes Plus, we will drive the extra miles to go see him. We recommend Mike to all our friends and family.

I have to say what a difference there has been since I last visited the Longmont store. I was greeted immediately and Mike listened to my issue and got me with the right professional to take care of my issue. I will be back.

Aaron, and Hank are true professionals. It's very rare to find auto mechanics shops nowadays that are honest and treat their customers with respect. They are also very knowledgeable and efficient. This Brakes Plus is the only shop that I take my vehicles to.

I won’t go anywhere else for my brakes. I did research on brakes for a week prior to finding Brakes Plus. I couldn’t find anything for the front brakes for under $600. Whew that’s a hearty price. Out the door was $200 less!!!! I love the way she runs after my service. Not to mention the speedy service. I dropped it off for an inspection at 10am. By 1pm they had my little blues cruise feeling great again. Thank you brakes plus. I will see you next time.
