I was doing the install yesterday as soon as I opened the box it was very clear that the upgrade sent to me would not fit, to big. Also the slots and dimples on the rotors aren't even drilled through
They called me to upgrade my product without charging more. Explained that this upgrade was more superior. They took care of me.
That is great customer service.

Great Product, Great Value
I purchased front & rear slotted/dimpled rotors, pads, and semi loaded calipers for one of our trucks (2011 Silverado 2500HD Duramax). Fit, finish, quality, and performance of the products are all top notch. Same with the rotors & pads I purchased earlier in the year for a 2016 Audi S7. They perform great!
I gave it 4 stars because half of the brake line caliper bolts & copper washer hardware packs were missing, which halted the install while I made a trip to the auto parts store. Also, one of the calipers didn't match the other 3... like it was a different brand/manufacturer. Not a big deal, as everything still fit and worked fine, and this is just a 16 year old work truck. But the finish was a different color, the pistons seals were a different color, it had a bleeder screw on both ends, and some extra 'ridges' on the caliper body. Again, not a big deal for me...but it would be for show cars, or anyone more OCD than I am.
Aside from that piddly stuff, I highly recommend Brake Performance!

Regarding the caliper variation, while remanufactured OE cores can occasionally feature slight casting or seal differences from original equipment suppliers, they are always fully pressure-tested to perform identically.

I had a really good experience with there services all through I received a defective rotor doing my first purchase, but they make sure to help me figure out the problem and they also send me a brand new rotor replacement and there brake pads are of really good quality materials and they have a good shipping time when shipping your products everything was well packaged and on time with instructions in inside the box of your package for you to have knowledge of the correct placement of your rotors for your particular car the rotors look and feel good I will must definitely will be buying more parts from them again for my car or future projects .

Wrong parts...
Update: they contacted me and were super nice. Conclusion however, is that they do not carry the correct parts and the system has the wrong ones listed. I was able to find the parts in stock at a local parts store while Brake Performance has offered me a full refund on the parts if I remove the review. Unfortunately after several hours wasted trying to use their parts, im not looking for a refund, im simply sharing my experience with their product.
