German vehicles like Mercedes use heavy-duty braking systems designed for high-stopping power, and while our ceramic compounds are formulated to significantly reduce dust compared to OEM pads, a few factors can impact initial dust levels. Brand-new pads often release extra dust during the initial 'bed-in' period, and rotor surface condition or aggressive driving habits can also play a role.
Dust levels typically settle down once the pads are fully seated after several hundred miles. Please reach out to our customer service team so we can review your specific setup and make sure everything was installed and bedded in properly—we're always here to help!

Poor warranty
Super nice and knowledgable people. However, their warranty is not as good as it sounds. Even though they call it a “lifetime warranty”., they only allow one warranty claim and they require you to pay for the shipment of your rotors for the one time replacement. Not worth the money. A lifetime warranty should be free replacement for the life of the item you purchase regardless of how many times the item needs to be replaced. Secondly, the pads and rotors wear relatively quickly.

You purchased your original set for your 2000 Ford F-250 back in February 2014, and we were happy to provide a free replacement set in 2020 under our lifetime policy. After more than 12 years of use across two full sets of rotors on a heavy-duty truck, we feel our single-replacement policy helped deliver great value (you paid $220 for a set of machined rotors and pads) while keeping our everyday prices as low as possible. We always aim to be upfront about our one-time warranty policy on our website. Regarding pad and rotor wear, lifespan can vary widely depending on driving habits, vehicle weight, and driving conditions, but we always want to make sure you're getting the performance you expect. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts and truly appreciate your past 12 years of patronage and wish you all the best!
