Package delivered to the wrong address – seller refuses refund
I ordered a headphone cable from Brainwavz.
The tracking shows “delivered”, but the package was not delivered to me.
The “proof of delivery” photo clearly shows a different porch and a different person’s hand holding the parcel.
The shipping label was missing my apartment number, so the package went to the wrong address.
I contacted Brainwavz support multiple times, provided the POD images, and explained that the delivery location is not my home.
Despite this, the seller refused to reship or refund the order and keeps insisting that the delivery is valid, even though the photo proves otherwise.
This has been extremely frustrating.
I had to open complaints with the carrier, Shopify, and my bank.
I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

Had to pay extra shipping costs after I ordered it. Didn't accept that, got a refund minus the shipping cost they made... So lost money, no package.
This company is awful
This company is awful. Buy nothing from them. They shipped my order (1-5 days) from Hong Kong.....43 days later, they refuse to issue a refund or reship the item. The package is lost. Customer service is the absolute worst. They've been making excuses for nearly a month. So if you like getting scammed....Brainwavz is good for that. Most of their products are little more than 3d printed crap.
Poor quality Bose 700 earpads
I purchased a pair of replacement ear pads for Bose HP700 noise-cancelling headphones. The purchase process was OK. The delivery was sluggish. What came as a surprise was that the price did not include VAT or customs fees or duties, which I had to pay separately. The resulting total price hike rendered the purchase largely unfeasible. Then the quality of the product: After fitting the earpads on my 700's, the headphones don't fit correctly or comfortably. The leather on the pads stretches and the foam is not rigid enough to keep the pads in shape. The headphones barely fit their original case. This was NOT a good deal. I don't recommend the vendor to anyone.

Hidden additional costs
At no point in the purchasing process does it state that the product is sent from Hong Kong or that the custom clearance has not been prepaid. This is only vaguely insinuated in their terms and conditions, such additional costs are not allowed to be ‘hidden’ within Terms and conditions for European purchases. Greatly dissatisfied.
Brainwavz are flat lining.
Back in the day their products i.e. their headphones produced excellent sound e.g. HM5 however they are let down by poor quality manufacturing and quality control. Are they still in business? They seem to be only selling accessories like ear pads and plastic display mounts.
Good quality airpads for HD650’s
Purchased replacement headband liner and lambskin air pads for the sennes HD650’s as the std senne foam had disintegrated apu. The replacement liner seemed almost genuine, little fiddly to fit, but ok. Found a little soft as per original. The lambskin earpads are a good fit and moderately comfortable. They are fairly deep and wide which is better for the sound. However the result is increased head pressure. I’ve found that over an hour of listening the headphones become uncomfortable. This is to the point of being unbearable by 2 hours. Really they need to be about 2/3 as thick and would be fine. The manufacturer needs to look at this. Also in the typically hotter Australian climate the more breathable little hole leather would be preferable. However Brainwavz shipping was fast and appreciate their range - will be my first choice for headphone products in the future.

I ordered earpads for my sony WH-XB900N.
After 20 days, it is still unclear when my package will be delivered. The costs were nearly doubled due to having to pay import costs. This was a first for me.
When I contacted them, I did get an offer to have it sent back and be reimbursed part of the costs.
Avoid this company. This is horrible service
Ordering was a huge mistake
Despite the many bad reviews, I still ordered from Brainwavz—big mistake. Like many others, my package was held at customs. I’ve ordered plenty of times from non-EU countries like China and never had issues. Since Brainwavz didn’t provide proper contact information, customs couldn’t reach me in time and sent the package back to the sender. Brainwavz then offered to either make me pay shipping again or refund only part of the amount—less than what I originally paid. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Seriously – DO NOT ORDER.
Great products and prices
Great products and prices. Brought lambskin ear pieces and headband for my HD650. The original disintegrated in asian heat and humidity. Very hapoy with the new ear pieces create a firm comfortable but not tight seal around my ears, very good thanks Brainwavz!
Sony WH-XB900N pads
I ordered the replacement Sony WH-XB900N headphone pads. I cannot fault them. Excellent quality pads, and the whole order and delivery process was very quick. I’d definitely recommend this company.

I don’t recommend! False advertising with the earpads replacement for Bose Headphones. Was way too big! They stated would be compatible with soundlink. Then, I had to pay $19.70 to return the ear pads!!!!
Good product poor delivery service.
I ordered some replacement earpads and head cushion for my hd600s, thry are good quality, but my issue is with the delivery. It took me 18 days to get what I ordered, which is pretty bad, but I got no less than 6 emails saying that the order had been dispatched all on different days. So i think something went wrong but no one communicated anything to me so i was scratching my head as to why delivery which should have taken 3 business days instead took 3 weeks.
Great quality products
I ordered 2 different products from Brainwavz and I was really impressed with their quality. I just wish they could have a market in Europe, so that we wouldn't have to pay almost double with customs taxes.

Be careful, they don't do custom formalities. You will have to pay taxes or fees in your country before receiving your product.
Scam
They shipped a package to me, charged me 6 euros for something that was 2 oz in weight, then it never arrived, they did not provide proof of delivery, and when i contact customer support, they did nothing for me. I posted a review on their website and they deleted it.

Very bad experience with Brainwavz Audio with the order of 2 new earpads for my headphones.
First, when paying, Brainwavz Audio does not indicate that VAT is not included. You only find that out when the package has already arrived at the land of destination. You then have the "choice" to pay import duty (€10,- extra) or return the package and pay 10% extra return fee (more than €10,- extra).
Since sending it back is more expensive than having the package delivered anyway, I chose to pay the extra import duties.
Once arrived, the product looks nice, but because a very light quality foam rubber was used, the noise cancelling is completely destroyed. All ambient noise comes right through.
The customer service approaches you very actively if you still have to pay your import duties, and for questions they immediately have the article from their general conditions ready. but if you then send a complaint about the quality to the same address, there is no response anymore.
In other words: very expensive ear pads that do not have the good quality. And a customer service that is mainly there for the company itself and not for the customer.
Never order anything at Brainwavz Audio

The shipment went from Singapore and took over a month.
