Terrible customer service - fish ok
Ordered fish to be delivered on Thursday but did not arrive. Rang Bradleys to be told that my order hadn't been processed but never mind we can get it to you tomorrow. I advised them that I had ordered it to be delivered on Thursday as I was working from home that day and would not be around to take the order on Friday, they agreed to send it to me Saturday am as I was going out pm. Received a text Saturday morning to say that it was not going to be delivered until the afternoon, rang Bradleys once again who were very unhelpful and told me that in future I should use a local fish monger. Saturday was a very hot day and I had to go home early from the event I was at to take my order in which had been left outside, I don't think that I will use this company again

Not a big fresh fish buyer
Not a big fresh fish buyer, but have used Bradleysfish a few times over the past couple of years.
Best buy for me personally are the range of prawns, King Prawns are fantastic, never had a supermarket buy that compares to them in terms of quality or taste.
If you want to buy fish or seafood, look no further than these guys. 5/5

Haddock loin's
Haddock loin's, really nice fish when thawed but people need to be aware thawing 3 pieces of loin produced 175ml of water ! That's equivalent 135grams in weight in my book that's a lot to pay for water ! A really good product spoilt by over freezing. Bradleys need to look at this supplier it's a real shame, puts me off buying anything else frozen from them.

Excellent Service

You fail to add the reason why you never received your order, you are in Northern Ireland and we only deliver to mainland UK. You were advised of this at the time and your payment was refunded to you
Fantastic Service
Fantastic service I placed my order on the Friday and it was delivered exactly when it was due the following day by a very nice delivery driver. I live over 300 miles away The quality of the produce is excellent and great value for money.
I discovered Bradley's during the first lockdown and it's probably the only good thing to have resulted from that time.
