Good value.Excellent service. No complaints.

What a shame that they did not advertise that they are closed today - Sat 18 Dec - and yesterday, Friday, for stocktake - the weekend before Christmas!! No note on their website, but large Adverts for 10% discounts on stock - which you cannot buy!! I only wasted 10 minutes driving there, others will be furious.

Easy to use online ordering. Quick response at the counter.

I ordered some floor samples and I haven’t had any information regarding the delivery since I ordered them a week ago. I had an email to confirm my order but nothing else since. I am beginning to wonder if I want to bother now and go else where. Not good customer service.

Ordered in the evening arrived by 0930 next day.

Helpful service. Product in stock (which was not available in my son's town) and on offer. The online ordering process was fine, though I called to confirm availability. Amy called me later to confirm when I would collect, then helped me load up the next day.

First time I've used Bradfords definitely won't be the last.

Ordered gravel. Driver very competant and put the large bags exactly where i wanted then, despite obsticles in the way.
Very happy, will definately use them for the next lot.

For a 5 star review, Bradford's would have picked my order ready for collection.
Instead, despite a phone call to me from Bradford's asking when I would arrive and me confirming within an hour or so, the decking planks were in a pile, behind another pile.

One guy in the yard picked up a plank that resembled a banana in shape and expected me to pay for that along with another 26 of his choice. Not a chance.
Despite being 71 yrs old, I stacked 27 decent decking boards (4.8m long, not tiny ones) and waited for Bradfords to lift them onto our Transit van size roof rack.Bradfords wouldn't do this in case of damage to our vehicle, although every other builders merchants we have visited are happy to assist.So I physically pushed all the planks on the roof with help from my driver brother. Instead of helping, Bradfords loading bay staff disappeared. Not impressed.

Still awaiting concrete mix....but understand there is a shortage. Still not able to complete job.

Quick delivery very professional service and good value for money

Had to ring to find out where my order had got to and was told they hadn’t got my full delivery address even though it was on the order confirmation.
Then was told it’ll be another 4 days because they hadn’t been able to contact us to sort delivery.
Was told there was no answer when they rang even though we have answer machine service with BT cloud, and no record of there number phoning us.

Price was ok, but the decking boards have big holes in from wood knots falling out, this is in many of the board's I ordered. Also they Text me 20mins before they arrived to say they were coming after I had waited all day for some form of communication about when it was arriving.

Slight hiccup at the start but your lady sales person sorted out the problem in a few minutes and I got my order with a few minutes to wait. apart from that Was very pleased with Bradfords Thank You
