We had expected a phone call to discuss a suitable delivery but, even though we weren’t at home when the delivery was made, the driver stacked our order neatly and securely so we were very happy!

Driver went above and beyond
It was easy to order and pay online. I was given clear information about delivery date and time. The driver went above and beyond as he placed the sleepers just where I wanted them to build my raised veg bed. Thankyou Helston Bradfords.

I recently used Bradfords for a large online shop, which was delivered promptly and by a very helpful driver Darren. I also used them for tool hire in store. Both excellent experiences. Callum in tool hire very friendly and efficient.

Great Attitude All Round !!
To be honest, we as a company have been using Bradfords Helston Branch since it opened and I can honestly say what a great bunch of people and always happy to help. However, I must say that Steve Carter is a star. Knowledgeable, kind and a very personable guy who always goes above and beyond to help and genuinely, nothing is too much trouble. Steve often takes time to explain products and offers advice for various substitutions for projects that we have on the go. Thank you.

Another successful delivery!
Another successful delivery (we live on a residential park home estate and the road ways are narrow, deliveries can be stressful!)
Driver was friendly and helpful, happy to tuck timber at the back of our property rather just unloading it on the nearest spot!

Staff were very good.
Staff were very good but the price for 1.8m gravel boards is expensive. I have purchased a 3m gravel board from a timber merchant for £6.

Very good service
Very good service, despite the driver arriving a tad early for me @ 08.00, so Tina had a bit of shock seeing a semi clad old man at the time of the morning. Trust her day improved!!!
Brought all of the items purchased up the drive and closed the gate behind her. Can't ask for more than that.
