BoxNutra shipped the wrong item and needless to say it has taken weeks to rectify teh situation and I did provide a negative review- today I spoke with Geri in customer service who was apologetic, reasonable and professional, she sent me a shipping label online to return the wrong (and more costly item) and shipped what we ordered. It's fair to give positive feedback when warranted and this representative was excellent- the others I dealt with could certainly learn from her professionalism- not sure if I will try to order again but this was rectified, and she warrants credit

It's good to have found your company for the Apple Pectin. Hard to come by.

Tell the costumer the real price no surprise chargé when you receive the package

I purchased 10 kgs of psyllium husk powder and it did contain ground psyllium husks although was a much darker tan color than “normal” powder and has a terrible taste. I have been consuming psyllium powder for over 7 years. When I inquired, they provided two very different COA’s for their powder so I really cannot figure out why the taste is so terrible. I will resume buying “NOW” psyllium husk powder in bulk in the future instead. I have tried several brands of psyllium husk powder but BoxNutra’s is just different from all the others and probably should be avoided. I think their guaranteed no questions asked refund may be bogus too.

I used them to purchase maltodextrin and it was a disaster from start to finish! Their customer service is horrible, their shipping time is horrible, the product was horrible and they lie about everything. Never again will I order anything else from them I will take my $10,000 else where and if you are smart so will you! They will promise you the moon and give you nothing in the end...

Do not order from this company . Products are made in China . The website misleadingly states all Products are "stored" in a GMP warehouse while not actually produced in USA. Larger shipments will not be delivered to your door as they exceed weight limits unlike Fedex Ground. You must go pick them up yourself , good luck. No paper work regarding quality is included.

Same BS as other responses. Paid for a product took forever to ship and repeatedly lied to with Bullcrap answers.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen - I emailed about issues with their website, and they fixed the problem as well as sent a very courteous response. When some site issues were not resolved, they gave me a discount for the products. It did take an entire month to receive my products, I never got a shipment notification, and one product seems to be missing. However, my emails about the issue were answered in a very timely manner, and I received several refunds to compensate for the hassle. Product quality is excellent - will definitely buy from them again!

Ordered for a great price and got it shipped and delivered fast too. Couldn't find it no where else. Will be back!

Past 2 orders:
My bag of "magnesium citrate" was something else entirely, a dark brown powder that is definitely NOT magnesium citrate.

Next order was completely contaminated with orange greasy residue all over the outside and inside of the bags.

You cant be confident that you are ingesting what is on the label or that it is pure. Serious health risk. Will never buy again.

What an amazing business. my orders always ship on time, and they have such a variety of ingredients to choose from!

They did not ship my item and it is for pain control for my arthritic dog, so it is important that I have it and know when I am going to get it. They at first didn't answer my emails, then insisted that I install the shopify app on my phone to get and answer as to the ETA, I refused. I don't need another app, it was a single purchase. I just needed the tracking number to know it shipped--WHICH IT NEVER DID--or a refund. I don't have my refund so I am following up with an internet scam complaint. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND MY TIME.

I placed two orders three weeks ago. Neither has shipped. I have no explanation, nothing. I'm trying now to get a refund from Paypal.

Great variety the melatonin hits diff! The fellas and I were quite intrigued on whether the apple juice concentrate was going to smack. It indeed did. The fellas and I give it a 10/10. Highly recommend.

I have placed an order(#5296) on march 4 2023. Ten days later, the order has not been shipped, so I sent an email, no answer. A few months before, I asked for a COA for a few botanical extracts, no answer. I thought that you readers might like to know...
