Great service from Nimmer but once I ordered they sent me the confirmation and tracking number. It stated my order had been canceled. Come to find out they attached a new tracking number to my package and neglected to let me know. Not sure why but it did cause some confusion…. I did get the product and all was well.

Ask for the COA and SDS documents…
Ask for the COA and SDS documents before making any purchase. I purchased citrus pectin, and afterward asked for these documents, which showed the product is cut with maltodextrin, 40 to 50% maltodextrin, meaning only 50 to 60% is actual citrus pectin. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website or labeling, misleading customers to think it's pure pectin. This is extremely dishonest and I would not trust any of their products without getting this documentation first.
