I have ordered boxes for the first time. I found what I needed very easily online and the goods arrived in the time slot expected. I also like that they were delivered by royal mail as I've had bad experiences with couriers in the past. I shall use this company again. Thankyou

I'm new to online sales and these boxes impress, they are great quality, precision measured, easy to fold, don't add too much weight, keep my products safe and are reasonably cheap.

I frequently get reviews stating "well packaged" all because of these boxes.

Ordered a small pack of boxes to trial. Boxes arrived in a postal bag, as described and work for what I needed.

Bought from here a couple times, always very good! Boxes are good quality and free shipping over £100 is very handy

Have used Boxes2u for a while, you make an order and they arrive timely. However on the last order, a mistake was made when ordering. I contacted Boxes2u within three minutes of placing the order and asked to cancel.
Not only did they not cancel but they shipped the order two hours later, messaged after it was shipped to say it was to late to cancel.
Not a very good response and was very underhanded

I ordered items from Boxes2u late one afternoon.
My order arrived the next day by Fedex. All items were well packed and exactly what I ordered. I also received email notifications at every step of the order and shipping process with tracking numbers and when to expect my order. I previously contacted them about a few of the products they sell. They answered my questions very quickly and were very helpful. They sent me out free samples by Fedex (Next Day). Excellent prices and overall, this was an excellent shopping experience. Good products and excellent customer service.

Great prices, quick delivery and a quality product

They still haven't arrived. They were ordered Friday... now on Tuesday evening... hopefully tomorrow. They were meant to be 24 hour Tracked!

They arrived on Wednesday. I received an email from the seller with a reason for the delay being postal strikes and an update on tracking. They offered a kind goodwill gesture. So I updated my review to 5* for their excellent customer service. The envelopes arrived well packed and are good quality.

The box I received managed to hold a fair amount of weight without any struggles, it was perfect, also being able to order single boxes and not being forced to pay way more for like 14 other boxes really helped me out, I will definitely be ordering a lot more soon.

The boxes are easy to make and are sturdy and good quality.

I like these large letter postal boxes for posting items and very good customer service!!
