From the initial viewing right up until signing the contract on my new home, Boxall brown and Jones have been brilliant. I highly recommend them.

From the start, Boxhall Jones have been so professional and helpful. Every member of the team has helped along the way and it hasn't always been an easy road to sell my mum-in-law's home of over sixty years. Boxhall Jones were recommended by a friend as we don't live anywhere nearby and I having regretted taking her advice. Thank you to you all at the Allestree office, you've all been great!

A first class service from start to finish. The team are organised, helpful, and can offer advice throughout the process. They have a superb knowledge of the market and are able to advise on what is realistic and achievable. Tricky negotiations did not cause a problem and the team were able to remove all of the usual hassle. No hesitation in recommending.

They understand the market well and have expert knowledge of the local areas in and around Derby. I have used them on numerous occasions to sell property and cannot recommend them highly enough. They do what they say and even call you back !
There are no guarantees to the success of a property sale but instructing BBJ to take care of it is a great start.

I have used bbj for 3 years to manage the letting of my flat. They are excellent. I don't have to think about it at all. Even when I have a change of tennent they just sort everything

Very good service, used boxalls on many occasions throughout my years of property developing. Highly recommend them

I used BBJ to sell my late mother's house in Derby. Throughout they were excellent. Chris Birds, the valuer, clearly understood both the house (a large Victorian property) and the local market, and gave a carefully justified valuation. Later, when it came to negotiating,Michelle Sillett and others very successfully increased the initial offer. Communication was excellent and BBJ were able to assist with access and recommendations for e.g. house clearance very efficiently.

Boxall Brown & Jones represented us in both our sale and purchase. They were always attentive and fair and looked after us throughout.

If we lose our minds and decide to go through the stress of moving again I would definitely do it with them

BB&J are a fantastic letting agent. I have had 4 flats with them for several years now give or take a week here and there, they have been fully occupied. Friendly efficient staff and reasonable fees. Highly recommended.

I used the Allestree branch of BBJ to sell my house and nothing was too much trouble.
They chased everybody on a regular basis and kept things moving.
When I had a slight problem and thought my sale may fall through, they went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We currently use BBJ for our property rentals. The have outstanding service and always give their best. We have been super impressed with their deducated staff who really go the extra mile. The office staff are extremely hard working and they communicate between each other which is fantastic. Nothing seems to slip through the net, which can so often happen.
We would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking property management or looking for somewhere to rent.

I have had several viewings with BBJ looking for a property to buy. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I missed out on a property I really wanted. However Claire swiftly called me to let me know the house had come back on the market and I am now in the process of purchasing. I am delighted! What service. Brilliant! Highly recommend.

Having used BBJ as an estate agent and letting agent for the last couple of years I cannot recommend them highly enough. The teams on both sides of the business, sales and lettings, have always been extremely proficient, offering a professional yet friendly and personal service. Everyone I've spoken to at BBJ from the top down have always helped with my enquires promptly and effectively.

BBJ Allestree marketed two properties for us (one of which was my late Dad's bungalow) and they were so supportive and kept me informed every step of the way. They balanced friendliness and professionalism.

I have used BBJ as an estate agent and landlord for almost 9 years and I could not recommend them more highly in either capacity. Throughout my many correspondences with Chris Birds and his team, they have been nothing but courteous and helpful, relieving a huge amount of stress and concern as a landlord, living some distance from Derby. Chris particularly has gone above and beyond on many occasions, offering fair and honest counsel and at all times displaying great professionalism.
