Good service with polite, professional and proactive staff

This is the 3rd time I have used Boxall Brown & Jones in Belper. They are fantastic. Professional, personable and highly communicative. Excellent value for money. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

one of the best letting agency's in derby. quick at sorting out any problems straight away. and good friendly staff to. also had a great landlord to

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional staff that couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall we were very happy with the service provided. They were always available when we needed to contact them and very pleasant and calm to talk to. The office in Allestree were very good at keeping in touch when we were negotiating the purchase and the Derby office were excellent in getting a higher price than the original offer on our sale.
Towards the end of the process we felt we could have a had a bit more guidance on when exchange of contracts might take place. We were under the impression that the chain was more advanced than it was which caused us to rush through some decisions unnecessarily.
We would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Very thorough with their property valuation and good communication throughout the process.
Friendly agents and always polite and pleasant in communications.

We have used BB&J for 5 Sales in the last 10 years with a total value in excess of £1m. We live in the South East and need good levels of support when selling property, we were also looking for good value - BB&J deliver it ‘spade fulls’ - Highly recommended.

BBJ were excellent from start to finish, amazing customer service, professional, efficient and helpful staff. Jo, Georgia and Jordan in the Belper office looked after us exceptionally well. We were kept fully updated throughout the process, and they helped us navigate some very stressful times. We would 110% recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service would highly recommend, kept you up to date every step and sold out house within weeks.

In particular I would like to see thank you to Anthony, Dawn and the rest of the staff as the Allestree branch for helping us to obtain our dream house 😀

Boxall Brown and Jones have helped my family sell our house and move into the house of our dreams! They have been efficient, contactable and incredibly helpful. They are very quick at contacting you and are always available to take your call which I feel is so important. Although moving house is stressful, BBJ help you all along the way and if anything reduce your stress levels as they are so good at what they do. A massive thanks to everyone in the Belper office, especially Jo and Jordan!! We would recommend without hesitation.

We chose BBJ Belper to help us sell our house after getting recommendations from friends. Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful and their approach was professional yet personal at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend BBJ, friendly, efficient staff, from the moment my home went up for sale, to the day I moved, (which took less than three months) everyone at BBJ was extremely helpful and very customer focussed. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy EA, look no further.

Friendly, helpful people, thanks.

BBJ kept us informed throughout the process and were quick to respond to any queries. The sale stalled a couple of times but the service never faltered

What a fantastic team at Belper. We was always kept informed of the sale and purchase of both properties. Even when minor issues crept in the information was always there and kept fully informed. By far the best estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with and definitely will be using Boxhall Brown & Jones for my next sale. Thanks to all at the Belper office.

Excellent handling of our sale even when things got tough Jordan and Jo both handled the situation quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend for good service and communication. 5* ++
