DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES I ordered a whisky decanter for over £40 and hen it arrived from China, it was nothing like the picture. They offered me a £6.00 refund and keep the item. They have now given me a return address in China to send the item back at my own expense. Once received they will refund. Fingers crossed, I get my money back

Im angry to find the order I placed is now in every other ad I am seeing at £9.99. I was duped into being told the item was a bargain at £40.95 from about £130ish. I stupidly placed an order. I have emailed and filled in their online form to get a refund and cancel the order but have no response. I have no idea if and when the item will arrive as the tracking makes no sense.

I purchased a dress from Willow Boutique on June 29, 2025. The order arrived on July 15, which was too late for the event I had planned to wear it to, and the quality was noticeably poor.

On the same day the package arrived, July 15, I contacted Willow Boutique to request a return and refund. What followed was a lengthy exchange of emails where the company repeatedly tried to discourage the return and suggested I accept only 70% of the dress price instead.

Eventually, on August 9, they gave me a return address in China, and I mailed the dress back, providing both a photo of the package and the return slip as proof. Despite multiple follow-ups, by August 20 they were still “verifying” the delivery. On September 9, I was told they were “investigating the refund.”

Nearly two months later, on November 3, I was informed that they were “having issues processing refunds” and offered store credit instead. When I insisted on a refund, they replied that a refund “could not be processed due to a system issue” and that they were still investigating.

At that point, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge directly with the beneficiary bank in China.

This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against purchasing from Willow Boutique.

I ORDERED 2 DRESSES NEITHER OF WHICH FIT, TRIED TO RETURN AND MY OPTIOINS WERE PAYING TO SHIP TO JAPAN OR GETTING A 30% OF THE MY TOTAL REFUND. i STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND AND I STARTED THIS PROCESS ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO. i WOULD GUESS THEY NEVER PLANNED ON REFUNDING MY MONEY. TOTAL SCAM

Do not order from them. It is a scam. The dress I ordered arrived, but it is not at all what it looks like in the picture. The material is a cheap plastic blend, the colour and size are off.
They make you pay a stupid amount to return it, it's not even worth it.

Poor service and no accountability — delivered to the wrong address

I placed an order with Willows Boutique over a month ago. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time was less than two weeks. Not only did the order AN ENTIRE MONTH, but when it was finally marked as delivered, it never reached me.

I double-checked the address I provided — it is 100% correct. However, the proof of delivery photo clearly shows a completely different location that is not my home. I reached out to the boutique multiple times with this evidence, but they continue to deny responsibility and simply redirect me to the postal service.

Despite the mistake not being mine, they refuse to help or offer a refund or replacement. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support, transparency, and accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

The dress I ordered for $100 doesn’t look anything like the picture they claimed it would look like. It’s a complete joke. Reviews and pictures on their website are from a different website (apparently this is an Amur dupe). Very deceitful. I tried and failed to cancel my purchase right away. I left a review that wasn’t posted. Do not be fooled and the dress is not returnable without a tracking number which means it’s $70 to return to China. The website claims they ship for the US but they don’t. They are most definitely based in China. Their name is close to an actual US boutique with Willow (instead of willows) so when I originally googled it, I thought it was a legit company.
