Easy to contact and booking a date that was suitable was easy too!

Having two young boys and light grey carpets we were in need of a deep clean. Ash did a fab job on the stairs and landing, it’s like new again. He even managed to get the dreaded slime out of the playroom carpet. Highly recommended and will definitely have him back to do the remaining rooms before Christmas 🙌

I got my carpets cleaned with Bounce Back today & I am so pleased with the results! They’ve got up all the tough coffee & make up stains from my carpets leaving them looking brand new and fully refreshed. Both Ashley & his colleague were lovely & worked efficiently to get the job done around me working from home. Would definitely reccomend & use again!

Honestly can't thank Ashley enough for coming to clean the carpets at our small school. Communication was great from the offset, extremely friendly and such a professional service. Really nice to actually meet someone who is happy and proud of what they do. Our carpets are pretty much beyond repair but Ashley has managed to not only have them smelling fresh but also lifted years of dirt, food, drink spills. Such a brilliant service I've even booked in for my house carpets cleaned as well so looking forward to seeing the outcome of that. Would highly recommend Bounce Back Carpets to everyone

Bounce Back carpets were recommended to me by friends on Facebook, 95% of them had used bounce back themselves so this is why I went with these guys. I had my lounge and bedroom carpets cleaned and a large rug which has come up like new. I hadn’t had my carpets cleaned since they were put down, they look so clean now, they are no longer flat and I feel like I don’t need to replace them now. Carpets had dried out by the evening after putting heating on. Really nice guys and will definitely be using again
