After a previously great experience with this company I purchased some more pillows. Safe to say the quality of the second lot was poor and the RRP of the products was grossly over inflated. Was going to return but it is at my expense and I would've lost the money to get them delivered so not worth the hassle

Out of stock item
I was a little upset that an item I ordered and paid for then proved to be out of stock, a refund was made but I had to order a replacement and then pay a second delivery charge. Apart from this I am very happy with their products and service

Not to be trusted.
Received a pair of pillows back in March after using a code from mse website. Saw the name fogarty had been marked out and the pillows weren't a great quality. I paid £17.50 for these and after checking online, saw the same pair for £11 from a different retailer. I e-mailed them explaining I wanted a refund and also sent the pillows back. On their website it says it takes up to 21 days for a refund. To this day I still haven't received a refund. I will never use this company again.
