We had very little experience with fitting also choosing the right Acoustic flooring for our project mixed commercial & residential.
The Team at Boss Acoustics especially Steph took all our details type of existing flooring, insulation etc & gave us a complete step by step guide for installation.
We made a mistake & needed more edging strip they sent these out next day at no extra charge!

Excellent service and a good price!
Both times I've used Boss Acoustics, there's been a minor hiccup. The first one was my end, when a payment didn't go through, the other was when they had a bit of a technical issue. On both occasions I got a call. First time it was to say they'd notice the payment hadn't gone through, and items were still in my basket. The deliveries were going out that day, and did I need them to be on there? I really did need them! So that helped massively!
The second time was to check with me as to what I was after as their system had a bit of a wobble that morning!
Couldn't fault the service at all!
I'll definitely be using Boss for my acoustic hangers (and more!) from now on.

I found Boss Acoustics online, they had the materials I needed. I called the office number. I found the ladies I spoke to very helpful. My goods have arrived very well wrapped, and very quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely order from them again in the future.
