Appalling service
Appalling service. I ordered a hamper weeks ago as a birthday gift for my partner to be delivered today. The purchase was confirmed but nothing has arrived and I have not been contacted. I have had automated responses to my emails and the phones don’t work at weekends and you can’t leave messages. I am disappointed especially as this was a special treat and quite expensive.

Delightful company and great service
We used BoroughBox for the first time this week. We needed to send a surprise present to a friend who had had an accident and decided on a gluten free gift box from BoroughBox. Ordering was simple and the gift arrived early the following day having travelled from London to Devon. Our friend was delighted with his present and we are delighted with the service from BoroughBox. We will definitely use this great little company again and recommend without hesitation.

Helpful and friendly.
I couldn't make the web site work, but when I emailed to place the order, they were very helpful and speedy. My sister in law was delighted with the gift box.

Brilliant idea
Brilliant idea! A bottle of wine that fits through a standard letterbox. Sent to my sister to cheer her up. She was delighted with it and said the wine was delicious. Arrived the next day too complete with gift message. Great service and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

Great hamper idea
I live right by Borough Market and wanted to deliver something from London and Bermondsey street bees honey to my Dad in Sussex for his 60th birthday - delivery was communicated well and as far as i can tell - all went well and he was delighted - so thank you! He loves cooking and there's a few bit in there from Borough. Really helpful concept and very helpful when socially distancing/ have family in different locations.
