Best avoided in order to avoid your disappointment
Unsatisfactory, Order delayed, no notice when delivered to store. Picture quality poor as if resized, heads missing from photos. Would not recommend this service. Go elsewhere to avoid disappointment

The Photos even though they were ordered as 5x7, they came in various sizes eg 4x4, 4x5, 5x7 & even larger.

When ordering photos, we offer two options: fixed width or variable width. Variable width means there is no cropping, but the photos will be slightly different sizes to accommodate this. Fixed width means that all of the photos will be a uniform 7x5 size, but cropping will occur.
This was an option which you have to choose between while ordering, and likely why your prints arrived in different sizes if you chose variable. If you are not happy with your order, we would recommend reaching out to our customer care team so we can resolve this for you.

I have looked into this for you and can see that your order arrived two days after the estimated delivery dates. Although our delivery dates are estimates and provided only as a guide, I understand how disappointing it must be for your order not to arrive when you were expecting it.
Unfortunately, we cannot advise on why the delay occurred with the courier, as such instances are outside of our control. However, we have processed a refund for your express delivery fees as an apology for the delay.

I have reviewed the tracking information for your order and can confirm that the estimated delivery date was between 08.08.2025, and 12.08.2025. I see that your order was delivered on 11.08.2025, which falls within the specified turnaround time.
