It's amazing how bad a theme can be.
You pay so much money for a completely bugged theme and not even the support can help you, because they seem to have no idea what they actually programmed.

I have about 10-20 problems per email that I want to have solved and almost none of them get solved.
The others are not even discussed.
It's always Klea and Loic who both simply have no idea what's going on here.

If you are looking for a bugged theme with which you just want to get angry and want to have been on support for days that doesn't help you anyway, you've come to the right place.

Although the theme is good, as mentioned a few times below in other reviews, there customer service is terrible. Arrogant and incompetent. Despite never agreeing to renew the theme because I stopped using it over 9 months ago, they continue to attempt to change me. Thank god they are attempting to charge a bank account I don’t use at the moment!!
Regardless, I contacted them clearly stating I want them to stop and this is the reply I get:

What kind of respectful company doesn’t know what they are changing there customers?? This shouldn’t be that difficult.

Avoid this theme. It's basically an affiliate marketing product. Basic options, many bugs and AWFUL support. Don't waste your time with them. This is how support works: you report an issue by email, in 24-48 hours they reply saying that they will check it and then you never hear back. I wasted the trial period waiting for a fix that never came. They said they were going to extend the trial but it was charged anyway, had to open a Paypal case to get a refund.

Never trust a theme if the only subscription available is yearly...

You pay firstly for the Booster theme and all it's easily customisable functions ansndesigns you can use to create your website.
Secondly, you get a brilliant customer service/designer team who can fill in all the other little things that personalise your site from all the other themes out there.
Really good service, I will be renewing the subscription to keep access to the enhanced CS and any future updates.

Seriously save your money - this theme is way over priced and does not deliver on promises. Also looks dated - when comparing to other modern professional themes it just doesn't look as good.
When we originally purchased it was supposed to be a 1 time payment with ongoing updates and support - they just change the name then expect you to pay more for a 're-coded' version.... which is not re-coded at all, it looks exactly the same lol. Also they put the price up by ALOT!

It does work well no bugs - and looks acceptable no problems there - but there are many other options, just as good and much cheaper - shop around!

Even the standard FREE themes I think look better and cleaner than this - and they are updated regularly! Just buy the extra functionality plugins as you need them.

We are now ourselves considering ditching the theme and going with a free one. Will spend our money with a local developer instead customizing to get our site looking 100%.

So far so good! We stilll haven't launched our shopify store so don't know much about the response of Booster to all those aspects but if we're talking about customizing your store and customer support... it is amazing. We have encountered one or two bugs or things that we wanted to customize and weren't able to but the booster team has been amazingly quick and effective. It is perfect to increase your conversion rate... at least it looks like so. We'll see when it's launched.

I have used many Shopify themes over the years and the new Booster theme is by far the best laid-out theme I have used. It is intuitive. The designers put things where they make sense so instead of spending an hour looking for a function (like you do in Shoptimized) it is where you think it would be.

Their customer service is another plus. When there is an issue or I need a question answered I always get the answer within 24 hours and most often sooner. There is a large time zone difference between the developers and myself.

I highly recommend the Booster theme, it is well worth the money.

Supporter is very bad. Please don't buy booster theme v5. It is not working
