An excellent product at a very…

An excellent product at a very reasonable price. Communication was also first class. The only thing that ruined the experience was the carrier delivered my ebike to the wrong address in our village. However Sebastien from Boost Electric got straight onto the carriers case, and with a lot of time and effort on the part of both Sebastien and myself we were able to locate and retrieve my bike. The bike is beautifully made and was only let down by a faulty charger which again credit to Sebastien at Boost Electric was soon resolved, even though at the time he was on holiday. I wouldn't hesitate buying with confidence from Boost Electric again, as sure as it will happen for me.

The bike is ok….but…..

The bike is ok….but it is very heavy and I can’t get it in and out of the car on my own, so rather defeating the point of it folding. The clip release mechanisms to fold and unfold the bike are painfully stiff…..some minor injuries incurred….hoping these will loosen with use. The literature that came with it is a bit short on details….some things were a bit trial and error at first to get it up and running. However, once on it and going it works well.

Excellent

Excellent price and product. Arrived very quickly and almost 100% put together. Seems very sturdy and solid so here’s to happy riding.

first class service..

first class service...
I would say one of the products they sell (and I purchased HITWAY BK6 EBIKE) needs more promoting as you cant get info for it anywhere or its very hard to find...
but boost electric were spot on.

Very heavy and difficult to get out of…

Very heavy and difficult to get out of packing, but package very surprisingly complete, other companies had lots of extras at extra cost. Price was excellent
Not enough about how it folds back together (detailed description).

Aovo pro M365

Bought an Aovo pro 365 reasonably priced and it arrived very quickly with an easy assembly, definitely recommend this company if you're looking for an e scooter
