The website is completely misleading and false advertising, it states the bikes are "true 200w motor" and they're not, they are a standard 100w motor. Anyone can take the plastic motor housing off and its there in front of you, 100w. Don't waste your money on these jokers and just buy a revvi
Edit, reply- the issue is your website says it's a "true 200w motor" the motor is clearly labelled 100w then it's not a true 200w motor as your website states! And the performance between a 100w and 200w motor is huge so stop misleading people!

Absolute rip off I have tried contacting seller and no response I am out of the return period they don't answer the phone. opened the bike today to check it was ok, I was surprised at how poorly packaged it was and unfortunately a little piece of the plastic trim where your feet would go has cracked during transit I'm assuming it still works but dissapointing when you pay £270 for something for it to be delivered with damage. In the instruction manual it says its only 100w but your website clearly states 200w it also says on your website that the bike only weighs 10kg but again in the manual it says its 12kg.
The other thing is on the website it says it can reach 16KM/H but the manual it says up to 13KM/H
Stay away from this seller as they have no customer service and don't respond to any method of communication!
When I purchased the bike they called me and spoke to me straight away funnily enough but now there is a problem they don't want to know!

Bought the electric balance bike for my sons main Christmas present at the end of October. He has a smaller amped but after reading reviews gave this a try. delivery was fast. Instructions aren't very clear to set up but we managed. Seems to look the part and work when tested in the house. However come Christmas day as soon as my little boy sits on it (4 year old) its slow as anything and hardly moves. Tried to contact the seller with no response. Understandable its Christmas day so waiting for a reply

** did speak to the owner who suspected it was the battery. If i had have known this i would have probably waited for a replacement as the bike looked lovely. However with is been xmas and no reply from the owner i bought another bike elsewhere. He did allow me to return and full refund. Only complaint would be communication going forward… thank you

Absolutely fantastic service in every way...My Grandson was extatic with his electric balance bike and is now the envy of all his friends.
The bike was so much more than I expected it to be, it arrived a day earlier than its delivery date, also when I tried calling to check my order was right and couldn't get through these guys took the time to call me back within 30 mins...ive never had that kind of service before from anyone. Definitely 10/10 guys, thankyou so much.

Didn’t receive the t14 bike via eBay. Told Sebastian and he was giving generic responses like “go to the police” (in UK police don’t do anything unless it’s stolen directly from you)

Long story short, I asked him to submit a claim through parcelforce because they told me the sender has to submit it...
He didn’t do it and sent me annoying messages such as “eBay told me to contact you so here I am”. So rude and demeaning.

I want my money or bike.

I don’t think he gives a crap about the customer when something goes wrong. Seems like a 1 man business.

Quick next day delivery of my wife's Engwe T14. Sadly it wasn't the T14 as shown in the pictures on the website. The one we received had a display on the handlebars consisting of 3 teeny weeny dim blue leds, which I assume are battery level indicators. The one shown on the website sported a nice lcd display featuring a host of information regarding the bikes status. Not the end of the world, I have just had to shell out another £40 to buy an lcd display to fit myself. Also, the pedal assist plastic ring containing the 5 magnets was split in two, one of the magnets was adhered to the crank sprocket, I managed to retrieve it, fixed the two halves of the ring and the magnet in place with strips of duct tape, then dabbed superglue around the ring before removing the tape. The sensor was also loose and cracked across the securing screw. I had to araldite that back into place. The pedal assist now works fine, I never realised it has PAS until my brother in law mentioned that it should have it. Ah well its a good job that I'm a retired electro-mechanical engineer.

I bought this bike on recommendation from a friend. On his bike the throttle is the right hand hand grip but on mine it is a small lever which you have to hold down with your thumb. This is a bad design. On a 30 km trip yesterday I had to hold my thumb down for 30 mins after which it went numb and I couldn't hold it anymore. Also the bike came with a two pin plug, for the UK? However Sebastian sorted that out very quickly and the bike is great apart from the throttle problem. It's a shame because that spoils a very good bike.

Delivery a week late.. An initial enquiry re a problem with the battery received a good response. However. the product manual was entirely inadequate, with the bike in one part referred to as a"car"!! and with an instruction to "stand on the sprocket" to initiate use of the motor. I sent an e mail on 7th July re those problems, received no response and then followed up with THREE voicemail messages, again receiving no response. I have had to therefore get advice from a local bike specialist to be able to finally use the bike.
Your product needs a decent manual with good photos of the bike and its parts and a clear assembly ibnsruction.

Brilliant! Very quick delivery

I initially bought an e-bike from this seller on eBay, which it was fine, however some time after that I ordered an extra battery for the e-bike, which Sebastian convinced me to buy directly from him and not through eBay. To cut story short I was sent the wrong type of battery, which I wasn't aware of initially as I don't know about these batteries. I paid £200 for it and now I'm stuck with an item I cannot use and I lost £200. Very deceitful.

The bike was delivered as stated but the box had either been opened or the large staples had failed to hold it together.
The transporting guard to the front disc was broken ( no real problem ) and bizarrely one of the orange reflectors was broken too, which oddly was inside another box!! Lastly, the front wheel had a bent spoke and was loose.
Whilst the bike was well wrapped, I’ve come to the conclusion that the bike may have been sent to someone else prior to me or been opened and damaged in the process which is a shame and hence the 4 *
The bike itself is fine . The motor is strong and kicks in and off as it should and after having the front damaged spoke/wheel trued by a local cycle shop for a fair £15 , the wheel seems ok now .
Overall, I am happy with the bike but beware of accepting an opened box is the underlying message to all.

I feel that a mirror should be a standard item on the bike, my brakes are still noisy, (which might be they need time), once you are down to one bar on the battery it hardly responded, the bike is quite heavy, (to be expected) but all in all I like the bike it was comfortable to ride
