The 5h busride from Bangkok to the ferry Station in Trat smelled like you sit in a urinary…. Whos cleaning this shit?

Damaged our suitcase and refused to replace it or pay a compensation, even though we claimed the damage right away. Poor to no communication, no customer service available.
Ferry pickup service chaotic and a bus stuck with people and almost no place to sit or for the luggage. Bad experience. Ferry across water safe though.

We had booked a return trip from Koh Chang to Koh Mak, but in retrospect, we decided it would be more convenient to go to Pattaya instead of returning to Koh Chang. We called and it was no problem at all; the departure date could also be made available, so we booked something in Pattaya a day in advance and sent a WhatsApp message to Boonsire. Everything was perfectly arranged. They sailed with good catamarans, and the icing on the cake was the bus to Pattaya, a brand-new Scania! Wonderfully quiet inside... perfectly arranged!

Everything was on time like clockwork an everyone was nice. Good communication on WhatsApp. Much better than a different ferry company I used.

Pick up from our hotel was great. Straight onto the ferry to Trat. Unfortunately there was only 1 member of staff to meet the 60 plus customers at the pier which caused anxiety and confusion. A simple sign would have been effective. When we got to the terminal in Trat again there is limited signage and notices on onward travel. Some electronic displays and signage costs very little these days and would ve very helpful.

A fast ferry taking an hour to Koh Kood. There were initial technical problems with the ferry that delayed us by about an hour, but the booking system was efficient, and the ferry ride was splendid. We were all issued with life jackets on the top deck, so they were safety conscious. It was a good way to travel.

Total waste of our time, and false advertising.
They should have made it clear to us of the change before taking our money. We would have got a different service.
4 hours of our holiday time gone because these greedy pricks.

We bought tickets for a high speed catamaran fwrry from Pattaya to Koh Chang. It turned out to be bus tickets for an over crowded van. A horrifying trip that lasted over 5 hrs The ferry was a rusty peace of junk. For this we where charged THB 3600 for 2 tickets, which we later found out is way to much.
My advise is to stay away from these scammers.

I traveled with Boonsiri twice, from Bangkok to Ko Kood and from Ko Kood to Siem Reap.
I did arrive in both places safe and with 1-3 hours delay. The bus drivers drove safe and the buses and ferry were okay.
The Customer Service is terrible. You get no information as about the route or about the stops. (Which might be important, as for Visas.) At the boarder there was a bus change, no one told us. The bus just stopped and the big luggage was given to us. Not a single sentence of where we are or what to do. Many left stuff in the bus and these things were never seen again. A short info would provide that. After that customer service did not respond for 5 days. Then they just did not want to help.

As long as everything works it's okay. As soon as you have a question, you are done.

Travelled from office to Koh Kood and return. No problems, nice catameran and good service. Cheap food and drinks at the waiting area and very nice people. When going from this pier and to another pier to go to Koh Chang we were told that there would be an hour wait. The hour pasted and we went to ask. "It is on its way" we were told. Nothing happend and i wrote on their messenger (bacause the staf was not very good at English) very fast somone answered me on messenger, that there was a delay and that we would be picked up at 12.00 1,5 hour late and with a ferry at 13.30. Time went by and passed 12.30, finally a driver came. Very fast we found out that he was late for this ferry also, so he drove madly. But we succede in getting to the ferry with 10 minutes to spare, BUT the we had to have tickets/registrer even though our tickets were paid for. So as the last car we went on to the ferry (Think they waited for us) I dont think that there was any delay i simply think they had forgotten to order the transfer to us from one pier to the other.
