Our Experience with BookVIP.com was FANTASTIC! We loved the Westgate, the room was wonderful, and we had a great view! The best thing about it was that we took a VERY affordable and enjoyable vacation with BookVIP.com! Thank you, and look forward to traveling with you guys again soon!

My name is Bailey M. I am writing this review because I have enjoyed using bookvip so much! My husband and I have taken 2 trips using them and for a couple who both work and are extremely busy they made our experience super simple and fun!! I highly recommend them!! Thanks bookvip for making our vacays that much more relaxing!!

What they don't tell you online, is that you have to meet qualifications to book with them. In my experience, you could only book if you were legally married OR single within a certain age bracket AND made at least $75,000 annually. They said it is because they want you to purchase a timeshare.

Understood ... but you should tell people that before they go through the motions of trying to book with this site.

I paid for and booked a vacation package months ago. They called me today to say they don't have any availability at my chosen resort and they would have to offer me a room in one of their other locations. However, I had already booked an extended stay at the resort through Expedia. They would not do anything to help me. Now I'm going to have to go through the check out/ check in process, pack up all my bags, pay for an uber to transfer me and waste time that I should be spending at Disney. They really screwed up my vacation and the only thing offered was a hundred dollar voucher for a future booking. Ummmm.... no thanks.
Oh, it also appears that they're deleting my comments on Facebook and disabled me from commenting.

Very nice place to stay.. friendly staff clean loved it plan to visit again.

Update: I received a call from the general manager who was extremely apologetic for the mishap. She upgraded our room at another hotel that serves breakfast and even moved our reservation to the day prior ao that we could more easily add a day to the end. Can't wait!

booked a "free" vacation through a friend who had recently become a travel agent for Oct. 4-7, 2019. Paid my fees and booked the reservation no problem.

Upon booking a flight separately, the only arrival date available is one day prior to my reservation. No problem, I'll just book an extra day. I called BookVIP in July, and they told me to contact the hotel directly to add additional days.

I called the hotel and they have no record of my reservation. I called BookVIP back, and they said "Oh, we don't send reservation info until 30 days before." Again, no problem, I'll call again within 30 days.

September 6, I call the hotel, still no record of my reservation.

September 10 I call BookVIP, "Why doesn't the hotel have my reservation?" "Oh, we will send that now and it will update within 24 hours"

September 12 (48 hours later) the hotel still has no record of my reservation.

I'm less than 3 weeks from my travel date and still have no idea if I have a place to stay. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Wonderful vacation! The resort was beautiful, safe, clean and plenty of food options. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Book V.i.p was beyond amazing. Very cheap deals on a quality hotel room .
My suite was a dream .All staff members were friendly, and we had a great time ...

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THE OASIS PALM IN CANCUN, THIS RESORT IS VERY FAMILY ORIENTED AND WOULD RECOMMEND.

BookVIP is the best! The service is amazing! My hubby & I original vacation agenda was for Punta Cuna in Dominican Republic. Unfortunately we were devastated to go there after all of reoccurring mysterious deaths. I was sweating bullets after hearing the devastating news. So, I phoned bookvip about a month prior to our trip, asking if we could change our vacation agenda to the Secrets Capri Resort in Cancun instead. And, guess what? They said yes, no problem! And, our vacation agenda was changed in less than 5 minutes. There was no questions, hassles or extra fees. I was so relieved & elated! We went to Cancun the following month and had a fabulous time! We just returned on Sunday. It was our best vacation ever! The Secrets Capri Resort in Cancun was fabulous! Actually, we’re using bookvip to book our next vacation to Cabo San Lucas next Spring. We can’t wait! They had everything set perfect for the two of us. Book vip even gave us a free catamaran excursion. Thx so much bookvip for making our vacation one of the best times of our lives! You’ll be hearing from me real soon to book another fabulous vacation to Cabo. I’m definitely a camper! Way 2 go bookvip!

My husband and I booked our honeymoon there through them. We had the best time. The presentation was way longer than 90 minutes. If I use them again, I will just walk out after the 90 minutes. Despite that, the cost in savings for the trip was well worth it.

They really give good customer service. They were understanding and very helpful. Their overall goal is for you to enjoy for vacation.

Our trip to Berkeley was awesome. If we ever come back to Vegas we will surely stay here. The room had everything in it. It was a home outside a home.

Bookvip was easy to book, no problems with our stay and we had a wonderful time.

I used bookvip for a wonderful vacation on the beach in Puerto Vallarta. It was a fantastic deal and I got exactly what they said I was going to get by ordering the package. I have no complaints and if allowed I would do another of the Bookvip trips in a heart beat. If you are on the fence and wondering if Bookvip is the real deal, well they are and I got this 5 night package in Puerto Vallarta for $99 per couple. I stayed at the Mayan Marina Resort and everyone there treated us just like any other quest no questions asked, 100% percent great resort with great people with great food.

We came in with low expectations considering the price we paid I figured if it had air-conditioning it would be a win instead what we got was five star service five star food and a beautiful beach. The gym in Puerto Vallarta is as good as any hotel gym in the world and back probably better than 99% I highly recommend the meal plan which includes three rooms services a day plus whatever else you want to eat throughout the resort tremendous value

Ran into unexpected problems when my wife broke her leg 2 days prior to departure. It could have been disastrous but, Book VIP stepped up and made everything seamless. I will definitely use them for my future travel plans.
