Extremely disappointing experience. I was told the refund transfer would take 15 working days. After multiple follow-ups over several months, I kept receiving the same generic responses and excuses about technical issues and “high priority” handling, but the transfer was still never processed.

Customer support keeps asking for more time without giving any real update or clear timeline. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Do not use this service unless you are willing to risk losing your booking money for months with no proper resolution.

pathetic experience.... I initiated 2 separate air tickets cancellation requests against booking from the bookkaru app as on the 19th of feb, Islamabad to Karachi via PIA airlines. Mistakenly there were 4 seats reserved.

As soon as i became aware of the fact later i cancelled all the 4 seats by calling your help line. It was informed by one of your agents Shereyar that refund will take 15. however its been 20 days till today no refund and only excuses that the case is highlighted.

I am very disappointed with Bookkro. I requested a refund but my request was completely ignored. After waiting for 15 days, I called their customer service and they told me it would take another two weeks. Now it has been 4 weeks, and I still have not received my refund.

This level of service is unacceptable and very frustrating. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through Bookkro if you expect proper customer support or timely refunds.

I am extremely disappointed with Book Karo. I requested a refund for my ticket, but they completely ignored it. Despite repeated calls, I received no response from their customer support. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking with them.

I will never ever use this app again. I also do not recommend this app at all. They are just robbing the people. Even if you cancel your ticket 24 hours prior to journey they deduct the amount. And above all they done return the amount. I applied refund on 20 Jan 26 but no refund yet. Bloody looters robbers

Its been more then a month I have been asking them for the refund I applied on 02nd of Jan and today its 04th Feb and the refund hasn't been made till today

When ever I try calling them that creepy lady always tells me that the refund will be made today and they will make the refund request on priority list. I have called them 40 times and that lady says this thing again and again I am just sick of this app I really want to delete it but I can't as they have to refund my tickets. Please for gods sake don't apply for any kind of refunds in this matter they are a total fraud.

It’s not the way to engage the clients or expand your business the whole staff is just do misguidance and miscomitments this way your business will be end one day if you’ll not follow the Rules and regulations

It’s my life biggest mistake of life to contact this Agency even I contacted to their staff one their agent Mr Mureed say you can put the review on our site I asked him their Manager Name he just said I couldn’t let you know the name again and again he said it’s a privacy we couldn’t share the name of our Manager

It’s totally scam and taking piss

I bought a ticket through this app and requested a refund. It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received my money.

The worst part? Support doesn’t respond at all. No emails, no updates, nothing. It feels like once they have your money, you’re on your own.

This is not how a payment platform should operate. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

Company took double payment for online booking. Its been 6 weeks and the company has failed to refund payment.

I booked a First Class ticket from Islamabad (Faizabad) to Lahore via Bookaru, reached the station, but the staff informed me that my bus had already left. I was told to buy another ticket and apply for a refund. Later, they called saying the same bus was still at the stand, but I had already left on the new bus.
Now they’ve marked it as “missed departure,” making it look like it was my fault — which is unfair. I hope Faisal Movers/Bookaru improves their coordination and customer handling.

I'm A frequent traveller of buses to travel all over pakistan but mostly from lahore to faisalabad and faisalabad to lahore in past 6 years im using bookme for my e bookings but the hurdle is i only able to book from lahore to faisalabad and no bus found in faisalabad to lahore then i tried to search other e booking platforms then after some searches i found bookkaru and they solve my all prolems and they have exclusive partner faisal movers with them which provides all routes in one single app.

I traveled with bookkaru last week 'Lahore to Rawalpindi' and their service for customer was very good, recommended online booking app for people

Worst service i booked tickets of Worth 33250 and cancelled then because of road issues in the route they haven't credited my money back even cutt the refund charges which was unfair still i haven't received rest of my money from 2 months never recommend to buy tickets from this bullshit app.

Very poor customer service, operators have extremely poor knowledge of refund procedures and refused refund on the pretext that the ticket got printed and they have no refund policy for printed tickets. After a day long struggle and repeated visits of Faisal Movers the bookkaru team agreed for the refund which was refused earlier. That I don't know how much time it takes.

Really pathetic pathetic and pathetic service.

If I could leave zero star I will, I just book a new subhan ticket ID#1473299 and for my father from Faisalabad to Islamabad at 00:30 he do not have whatsapp so I spoke to the reception retailers that I can give to order id so you can generate the ticket, he simply said he cannot do it he need a proof of payment I informed him that he doesn't have whatsapp he did not even asked me about any detail of the ticket, all I Wana say these types of nor professional persons are not only hazard for them selves but also be the reason of company to face challenges, and I have phone to the book karu phone line 03111999560 but no one responding yet I also email to the cx care but did not receive response as they make my father failed to take seat 36 of new subhan from Faisalabad so I need my money back, and If no body is gona response me I am going to be take it further and will take a legal action.

bookkaru has such a terrilble online service, never seen such a worst customer care. i booked a seat through their app, after an hour a random number called me said the departure has been canceled so ask for refund. i requested for refund the same day and they told me that i will receive my refund after 15 working days. firstly 15 working days are so much long to just process a simple refund and secondly now its been 21 days and they are telling me that i will receive the amount in next week. they are literally scammers and scamming people through legal procedures. never use their services. Thank You
