Poor
Booking was fine but it got rescheduled twice and the team was unable to locate the person who was scheduled for the booking. Wasted my time for 1 week and no start the search again.

Friendly guy and got us in very quickly when we needed our EPC renewing due to expiry, we were on a tight deadline with our house sale and Hakan got us in the following day with the EPC updated same day. Highly recommend ⭐️
