Did not expect it will be this amazing! 😃 Bought 7 books and i did not even expect too much on the quality as i know it’s preloved, until i opened my parcel and was sooo surprised that all 7 looks brand new! 🤩 And the best part is that the price are super affordable. Thanks bookends! 😘

Everything works well with this business except their delivery services can be a bit irresponsible. One time they literally lost my package mid transporting. I was very upset. However it was only once. And their staff are very friendly and helpful. I keep placing orders every 2 months or so. It's great. Thank you so much for all you've given me!

I found the idea of a used books website very positive. Getting books for a very reduced rate in good state is great.
I only have few issues-
for books with multiple stories description is given only for one. Even all the authors are often not listed.
books that are part of a set or series should be listed together or maybe link with information about the set or series can be given in the description.
Have you thought of arranging book library bus so that on fixed days readers can come to fixed locations where bus can stand and books be rented out.

We are trying to be as accurate as possible with our data entries which is time consuming but we will try to pay attention in the coming entries. with regeards to authors, only time that are missing is if they are not written on the books. Books in sets most likely they don't come in a set but individually received from many sellers and at different times as well.
Mobile library/bookstore was our first idea but unfortunately we couldn't get round it but hopefully we will reconsider in the future. Looking forward to seeing you again.

5 books at the price of 1 store bought book !
It’s been 6 yrs since I moved to Dubai and I have been desperately looking for a local lending library and I was so elated when I came across Bookends. The books that I got were in very good shape and it reached me in the given stipulated time. I got 5 books at the cost of 1 fresh mint book 😁 will definitely recommend bookends to all book lovers.
