instead of refunding the money back to…

instead of refunding the money back to my bank account, they dumped it into their wallet without even giving me a proper option. If a customer clearly does not want their money sitting in a wallet, what is the point of forcing it there?

Hiding behind a “policy” to keep customers’ money in your wallet honestly feels like nothing less than a scam. For you it might just be a way to trap customers into spending again, but this is my hard-earned money and I expect it to be returned to my account — not locked into your system.

What makes it even worse is your useless customer support. Calls are not being picked up, messages are not being answered, and there is absolutely no accountability from your side. This entire experience has been frustrating, time-wasting, and extremely irritating.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I received a wrong order from Bonkers. It's been 2 weeks since I initiated the return, still nothing is done. They neither revert back on mail nor anyone connects the call. I would never suggest buying from them.

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Bonkers. I tried to return a product and provided all the proofs and details they asked for, yet my request was still rejected. It honestly feels like a complete waste of a customer’s time to keep asking for proofs and then refusing the return anyway.

The whole process has been frustrating and unfair. As a customer, you expect basic support when there is an issue with an order, but instead I felt ignored and unheard.

Also, while writing this review, I came across multiple customers sharing that Bonkers doesn’t even refund the full amount in many cases. It has already been more than 11 days since I received the product, and after 15 days they won’t accept the return at all. This really feels like a strategy to delay the process until customers lose the chance to return.

I would strongly advise customers to think twice before purchasing from Bonkers because if something goes wrong, don’t expect a fair resolution.

Bonkers, if you care about your customers and your reputation, please look into my issue and resolve it properly.

I have never seen such a ridiculous refund practice where a company refuses to return money to the original payment method and instead forces it into a wallet in the name of “policy.” Completely unacceptable and honestly one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.

I have order a black wide leg…

I have order a black wide leg sweatpants and received a sweatshirt, i ask for the refund or even a exchange and they refuse to provide and of it.
It costed me ₹904
They are not even replying to my query
Or taking any kind of accountability!

Worst Return Policy and Bad Quality Product

I have ordered a Iron man hoodie for myself, first of all quality was decent not upto the price i paid and then fitting was not good.So i tried to return the item that's where they played the game.

YOU WILL NOT GET THE RETURN IN YOUR ACCOUNT RATHER IN BONKER'S WALLET, which is a scam and a trap where you will get caught and have to order a series of bad orders.. if i could upload pictures i would have shown..

The Main reason to not buy any product from BONKERS CORNER :
1. RETURN POLICY - MONEY WILL NOT BE RETURNED IN YOUR ACCOUNT
2. PRODUCT QUALITY - Not upto the mark or the price you are gonna pay

I had the worst customer service…

I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with Bonkers Corner.

When my order wasn’t fulfilled properly, instead of taking accountability, the company forced me into accepting a refund in their wallet, which is not a refund at all, but a way to trap customers into spending again. I asked more than ten times for my case to be escalated to a manager, and not once was it acknowledged. All I received for over a month were the same copy-paste responses repeating their “policy,” without anyone actually addressing my concern.

Let me be very clear: this is not transparency, it is exploitation. If Bonkers Corner makes a mistake, they will never return your money. They just keep it, hide behind their “terms and conditions,” and push you to make another purchase. To add insult to injury, they offer meaningless discount coupons, as if that fixes the problem.

I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. A company that ignores its customers, wastes their time, and refuses to take responsibility is not worth supporting.

Pathetic customer care and scammers

If you buy anything from there website and if you want to exchange or return anything that’s impossible they’ll ask a unboxing vid and with a paper bill which we used to through away cuz who keeps that, and if try to contact there customer care it is dead end and customer care is pathetic takes 8-9hrs to respond and if still trying to buy from there website remember one thing there quality is also poor compare to there competitors
