instead of refunding the money back to my bank account, they dumped it into their wallet without even giving me a proper option. If a customer clearly does not want their money sitting in a wallet, what is the point of forcing it there?
Hiding behind a “policy” to keep customers’ money in your wallet honestly feels like nothing less than a scam. For you it might just be a way to trap customers into spending again, but this is my hard-earned money and I expect it to be returned to my account — not locked into your system.
What makes it even worse is your useless customer support. Calls are not being picked up, messages are not being answered, and there is absolutely no accountability from your side. This entire experience has been frustrating, time-wasting, and extremely irritating.
