DO NOT use this company. In less than 3 months, I have had 2 chargers and now the mask has stopped working. I requested a refund, they say because they have already sent a “complementary “ replacement, the refund policy does not apply. Despite me requesting a refund on numerous occasions they still insist they are sending a further replacement, but will ensure this one works!!! Surely that should have applied to the first two.
They are not complying with the Consumer Rights Act and think they can make up their own rules!
I’ll be contacting Trading Standards.
Please do not use this company, when the item breaks it will not be resolved easily.

This hairdryer is probably the best I've ever had. Its so light, the diffuser bowl is quite small but it is perfect for my shorter, curly hair.  

It dries my hair far quicker than any other hairdryer I've had too. And my curls are loving this...less time being dried and my curls are curly. 

I may need another back up Aerovella just incase as I don't think I could be without one now. I'm enjoying drying my hair now, knowing it doesn't take as long as it used to.

I don't know why so many people are saying this is a scam.  It is not!  Yes it comes from China but it is light weight, lovely colour and the attachments are great.  Not only that but it has totally smoothed out my frizzy long hair.  I also got a really nice little manicure set free PLUS a £50 voucher to use on the site.

Absolutely delighted with this item, well worth the wait and highly recommend. Thank you also for the manicure set, a lovely surprise, both are great quality.

Product coming from China and does not state this anywhere on its site, If I was aware of this I would not have ordered it. Also gets despatched immediately so you have no option to cancel and get refunded plus the tracking is pointless and is just sent so they don’t have to refund you. I would have given it zero star but this is not an option.

I left a not so favourable review the first time due to a lot of mis-communication. However I now have to say that this company has redeemed itself in my eyes and i received my new mask today.
They carried out everything they promised they would so I am now very happy with the outcome

Do not buy from this company. Mask received faulty, contacted them, sent videos as requested and asked to return item. My refund request was ignored and they sent another controller. This was received, again faulty. After countless emails, them stalling and asking for videos then more videos, I had to pass the case to my bank who reviewed my case and I got the money refunded. The mask is not good quality, the free gift (a manicure set) is nothing but junk and the £50 free voucher is a con. I would urge anyone not to buy anything from them - my experience with them went on for months.

Surprisingly good quality hairdryer for the price. Lighter than the previous Dyson, and the “Ionic technology” really does help with smoothing hair (my wife’s!).
Definitely worth a try

Absolutely awesome hairdryer. It drys super quick but doesn’t feel hot. This dryer is totally unique. I cannot recommend highly enough. It is also very light in weight.
As I only give completely honest reviews I almost down marked the stars for the simple reason that there was a 2 week wait. I was stressed and wondered if the company was genuine. Also there is no telephone helpline which also added to my worry. The company is contactable by email, and they were lovely and very reassuring. The dryer is not despatched from the UK but multiple locations. That said the wait was definitely worth it. ⭐️
It will also be a blessing during heat waves when a normal dryer is unbearable.
I would definitely buy it again the company is genuine. The dryer is incredible. Thank you so much.

Item arrived very well packaged and in a lovely box, lovely manicure set as free gift and £50 off next order voucher so bought the LED hair growth hat at a reduced price. Customer service very quick response and tracking details were excellent. Have only just started using LED face and neck mask so cannot comment on how good it is yet but will come back in a month with a review.

I had read reviews before ordering an Aerovella hairdryer as not many options to buy elsewhere- was a bit sceptical but went for it anyway. Package took just under 2 weeks to arrive but company sent tracking emails & updates. The item was very well packaged & the hairdryer itself is without doubt the best one I’ve used so I’m really pleased. Time will tell regarding the longevity of the product but it had a warranty. Also got a super cute free gift of a manicure set. I would recommend Bonded Blush but just be prepared for it to take a while.

Have had my ionic hairdryer a few weeks now and absolutely love it great to use on my below ears length hair. Get a good smooth result and quickly too. Excellent service from the company.

Bondedblush kept me upto date with tracking and the hairdryer is fabulous. It was in perfect condition and has made drying my hair easier. They contacted me once I had received it and I believe genuinely care. I wanted to use it fully before reviewing. The "new item" excitement often makes us review items more favourably than we should. So this is my opinion.
I have arthritis and thick longer than shoulder length hair. Drying was tiring and rushed because it was a struggle and painful and I often didn't dry it, leaving it tied up. My hair is thick and holds water like there is a drought due! The accessories are generous, even a holder for the dryer. My hair almost never needs to be straightened now and the cool function actually blows cool!! Great for us menopausal ladies!!! It isn't heavy and the holder allows you to loop the cable so you don't have that dragging weight. The accessories are magnetic and stay where you put them. One problem.....Keeping it out of the hands of my kids!!!! Get one, well worth the pennies because it does exactly what is promised and I believe it is an exceptional piece of kit for a very reasonable amount of money.

I am extremely pleased with this face and neck mask and I bought it on offer at a very reasonable price. It provides all seven light waves and also enables you to customise them in combination to treat your skin/health concerns. In addition it allows you to choose which intensity to set. Delivery was excellent too. Thank you!

I purchased from Blonded Blush and contacted them within an hour to cancel my order. This was ignored, and the product was still dispatched over 24 hours later.
When the item arrived, it was faulty. I contacted customer service immediately to request a refund. I was repeatedly told they were “looking into it,” which dragged on for nearly two weeks with no resolution. Then, out of the blue, I received an email confirming a replacement had already been shipped—despite my earlier cancellation and request for a refund.
I clearly rejected the product and stated I did not want a replacement, but this was ignored.
I’ve now had to escalate through my bank, which should not be necessary.
It’s also worth noting the product is shipped from China, which was not made clear at purchase.
Overall, extremely poor communication, long delays, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.
