Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, and terrible exposure for sellers. I have 4000 items listed over there thanks to their easy transport from ebay option, and I'm lucky to sell one item a month. Also their customer service sided with a buyer after the buyer swore at me and threatened me because they had buyers remorse about a purchase and demanded a refund after it had been delivered because the "decided they didn't want it". They were angry because I said they were in charge or return shipping since the item arrived in good shape and on time.

sneaky membership fees

"See your items featured in search results with a
Bonanza membership." so it turns out it's not free at all!!! Wasted so much time attempting signing up and it failing and trying again, tedious as hell. Ruined afternoon.

Had a very terrible dealing with this company. Bought a blush which didn’t match the colour I was after. After being told I could return it, I returned and the seller is refusing to refund me claiming the product is damaged even though I insured it. Seller making no effort whatsoever to try and support, and is blaming me for buying the wrong colour even though at the very beginning clearly said were able to do a refund. I have emailed the company several times with no response back regarding the matter. Very unprofessional and likely a scam company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Do not buy from J.Pallis

Do not buy from J.Pallis, they are scammers. They deliberately set a lower price on their skincare product . After I bought some face cream , they told me the price should have been doubled. I immediately cancelled the order but did not receive my refund until 3 weeks later. Worst still, they gave me back US$15 less than the price I originally paid. When I asked them to pay me back the difference , they never replied my email. So, my advice, stay away from them. Don't be fooled by their lower price, is a scam !

Do not use Bonanza. They banned you suddenly with NO reason and you cannot get back your account. Do not waste your time. Not worth to invest time on BONANZA.

SCAMMERS

I was scammed by one of their sellers. Customer service didn’t do any to help. They will just tell you to contact paypal but that’s about it. Goodluck on getting your money back! This website is absolutely useless and TRASH.

On Bonanza the payments for all sales are direct buyer to seller transactions, so when you made the purchase, the money went to the seller, not to Bonanza. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to reverse a PayPal payment that you made to the seller, which is why we recommend filing a dispute with PayPal, as they have a robust disputes process for refunding buyers when problems arise.

Crime lords. Watch out, they take your account details. Steal fees, ignore emails, suspend accounts without warnings, You've been warned. Very questionable operation, they need looking into as I suspect money laundering.

Bonanza is organized crime. They suspend the account for no reason. You should run away from them.I didn't have a single product to sell. The suspension of my account is based on race. When I sent all the information from the bank account, they immediately suspended the account. Racism. I got this email this morning.

Bonanza closed my new account and not refund fee

Bonanza closed my newly created account and did not refund the fees I paid when I created the account. I sent a support email the issue of the fees after my account was closed. My account had just been created and I hadn't sold any products on Bonanza yet. They ignored my inquiry about the fees and advised me to sell on two other websites, ioffer.com and ecrater.com. I expressed my gratitude but also requested a refund of the fees that Bonanza collected upon my account registration and I have not received any response from them.

Bad customer service & empty product

My order number is 101608260 . I placed my order from 3/12 and 1/2 month I haven’t seen any update tracking information so I tried to contact my bank to cancel my payment & the seller to cancel my order but my bank just say will check back later and the seller haven’t replied to now . But on 4/5 I received tracking information & 4/8 I delivered it .And now 5/17 I just open it & I see it’s totally empty , I tried many times to pump my bottle have no liquid in it . I’m very upset with bad customer service of Bonanza website because after I tried to contact the seller many times with have no reply , I used to contact Bonanza but I received mail with content “ We highly recommend that you contact the bank or card provider associated with the card you used to complete this purchase “ and can’t help me cancel this order ( this website has no cancel button ) . The worst experience of my online shopping . I have a big mistake when I placed order on this website by credit card payment , I will only pay by PayPal to protect my customer benefits . Right now I need a refund .

On Bonanza, when a sale is made, the buyer pays the seller directly through trusted 3rd party payment provider such as PayPal and Stripe. Unfortunately, we here at Bonanza do not have the ability to reverse a direct credit card payment that you made to the seller via Stripe. This is why we recommend filing a credit card chargeback.

Stunning!

Can I just say I got the bed! And it’s absolutely stunning a small issue with the bed not fitting right to start with informed the owner and he had someone come over and fix it 4 days later which over then bank holiday I thought was good! I feel it’s really good quality delivery service was good and the gentlemen were polite overal would highly recommend and look to buying in the future for my sons bed when I can!

Purchased an item from strategic carparts through this site on the 14th and it has not been shipped when they claim to have the part in stock. I have reached out to Bonanza and Strategic carpart multiple times with no response of the tracking number. Stay away from this site... seems fishy.

Bonanza Order took 3 weeks to arrive

The seller never sent me my purchased products and the super polite response of the Bonanza "Happiness Producer" is like "OOOOh gee too bad, we are sooo sorry, but you have to deal with it yourself on PayPal because we can't do it." I am dealing with PayPal but it is taking forever and I am wasting hours on it. Suggest that Bonanza vet their sellers better and step up to protect their clients. Don't they want clients to return or recommend? As the current business model stands, Bonanza (probably unintentionally) enables theft.

I am adding a new comment here, I FINALLY received the products 3 weeks after I placed the order. So I am very glad to say that everything turned out ok in the end.

As it stands currently, and has been since Bonanza was founded, all sales are direct buyer to seller transactions, so when a buyer makes a purchase they pay the seller directly via a 3rd party payment processor such as PayPal, which has an excellent built-in disputes process. Because buyers pay sellers directly, this unfortunately means we are not able to issue refunds and it is necessary to handle any problems that may arise by dealing with the seller. Each seller on Bonanza has the ability to set their own return policy.

Bonanza has recently come under new ownership, and we are investigating all available means to improve the shopping experience on Bonanza.

The Joy of being ripped off

This is by way of feedback about my current shopping experience on Bonanza, and should suffice to explain why I will not be using them in future: on March 25, I purchased a shirt. Thus far, all I have to show for it is absolutely not a peep from the seller, and one message (eventually) from Bonanza, advising that I take this up with PayPal (which I am). I sent 2 messages to the seller and 3 to Bonanza. Almost 2 weeks later, all I have is a dispute via PayPal. It must be obvious why people shop on Amazon.

Thanks for leaving feedback regarding your shopping experience on Bonanza. We're sorry to hear that your purchase didn't work out the way that you had hoped it would.

Because all items on Bonanza are sold and shipped by individual sellers, the whole system relies on the sellers acting in good faith and promptly shipping out their orders in a timely manner. Unfortunately not all sellers live up to this standard and when we identify sellers who are not fulfilling their orders, we remove them from Bonanza.

We require all sellers to have PayPal as an accepted form of payment because we find that PayPal has the most robust buyer protection system in place with their in-house disputes system. In most cases filing a dispute with PayPal will result in a full refund being issued.
