Made an online enquiry and Kevin phoned me immediately. Visit was arranged for same day and Grant came out to see my property. No aggressive selling and quote was competitive. New Boiler installed a few days later with no problem. Engineer was professional and polite.
Grant & Kevin took my call anytime and provided all cerificates and warranties immediately work was completed. All very professional and friendly

Got a few quotes for a new boiler after mine broke. Grant came out to price up a new boiler he was very professional in his approach. Was the most competitive with pricing. Install and tidy up took half a day and was all done without disrupting my day which was great. Boiler engineer that installed the boiler was also very professional. Had hive fitted too well worth it. Would definitely recommend heatco.

We needed a new boiler and also had a gas leak in property kevin made us priority as we didnt have hot water or gas to cook gave us great advice on what boiler to buy and what was suitable for our property we agreed and his engineer james was here first thing the following morning to fit boiler and fix gas leak he left the job spotless when he had completed his work cant fault the company as a whole and would highly recommend

Got multiple quotes for a new boiler. Grant came round, felt was very honest on limitations and what benefits each system could provide. By far the most competitive quote. The team where able to run all the pipes where i wanted. Was complete in 1 day, all mess cleared up and really impressed with the result for the power of the boiler, the hive and the entire install. Grant came and checked our faulty boiler the next day after we contacted Heat Co. Before he left we had a printed quote for the supply and fitting of a replacement.
We were offered a date for fitting in less than a week.
James, the installer, arrived on time with all the required material. He carried out clean and tidy installation during which he carried out all the necessary safety checks. Before he left we had a copy of the Gas Safe certificate.
The details of the 10 year guarantee were emailed within 24 hours.
A good job from start to finish and I would recommend them everyone.

Brilliant service from Heatco. Turned up on time. Worked throughout in a less than comfortable space. Installed my new boiler with great quality despite it being in an outhouse and left everything neat and tidy.

the price quoted for the job was the prce Ipaid even though there turned out to be more work to be done .fromthe time Adam the engineer arrived at0730 until he leftleaving the house all clean andworkingthe boss off the company is not adverse to gettinbg his hands dirty as popped in got stuck in helping ADAM TO FINISH THE JOB EARLIER THAN QUOTED.well done lads will certainly used you for the maintenence. .

The installation of a combi boiler in my house was hassle free and competitively priced. After being messed around by another company I put in a quote request with Heatco as we didn't have a working boiler. Grant came out the same day, gave us a quote and answered all the questions I had. I changed my mind on the type of boiler we wanted and they messaged back with a new quote shortly after. It was all booked on Monday and was installed by James on Wednesday with no issues. We live in a flat so I was expecting something to go wrong, but everything went smoothly thanks to James.

Our 16 year old boiler broke down recently and I called a few different companies for quotes. Kevin came round the day after I called and we discussed the various options. I already had a specific brand of boiler in mind, and Kevin was able to quote me for this. His quote was significantly lower than some other companies, and having read previous reviews I felt confident in moving forward with the installation. This was on a Friday. Kevin kept in touch with me over the weekend and confirmed that he would have someone over on Tuesday to fit the boiler.

8am on Tuesday morning James arrived and did a great job of installing the new boiler. We had only recently had a brand new kitchen fitted and the old boiler was nicely hidden in a standard cupboard so we were a bit anxious about the new boiler not fitting in the space or there being pipework visible, but James was able to fit the new boiler in the same cupboard very neatly even though it was a bit of a tight space. He also put down some protection on the area around where he was fitting the boiler to make sure there was no mess and made sure everything was nicely cleaned up.

The new boiler has been in for a few weeks and the heating and hot water has been working perfectly. The new boiler is so much quieter and seems far more efficient than our old one.

A great service from start to finish from Kevin and James, at a really reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend to my family and friends.

After several disappointing experiences with different companies—some of whom didn’t even show up or did poor-quality work—I was honestly quite nervous about getting our combi boiler replaced. I was worried about which company would come and whether they’d do a proper job.

Even when an issue came up (which wasn’t their fault), they were quick to respond and very helpful in resolving it. He didn’t pressure me in to buying a new boiler and talked me through everything.He even moved a job to fit me in for installation the next day as I had no hot water for three days.
