This was a great Installation from start to finish from the administration side right through to completion. We are very happy with our solar panels, the tradesmen and the work, I have no hesitation in recommending boiler genie for anybody who needs insulation or solar panels

Service given was excellent. Both the plumber Paul and electrician Connor were very helpful in explaining everything regarding installation and usage. They both cleaned up after themselves. Customer service were great at helping us to complete the finance arrangement. All in an amazing experience. Would recommend highly.

I received an excellent service from all the staff at Boiler Genie. From managers, office staff and installers. They turned up when they said they would, work was carried out professionally and on time. Staff were professional and friendly. The customer service was outstanding. They were on hand at all times to answer questions or assist, even at weekends and bank holidays. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even though the distance from their office was 5/6 hours away. I highly recommend them, they made the whole process so much easier and provided a high quality of work.

I recently needed a new boiler for my flat and got a second quote from Boiler Genie. Liam and the team responded within hours to arrange an onsite quote which beat the other quote! the whole process was incredibly quick and professional from start to finish.

The experience of getting my first gas central heating installed by Boilergenie was great. My flat had electrical heaters before which was very inconvenient and inefficient. I contacted a few companies including BG for quotes. It was hard to know which company would have been great for a big job like boiler, piping, radiators, basically whole system. Many would just promote boiler installations. The quote sent to me for complete work was not only competitive but they also cared enough to send a free surveyor who checked the property for the feasibility of the install and the requirements. As a result, they sent two different boiler options out of which I picked the most suitable one. Company also offers a 2-year 0% finance option. I was happy with the provided information and level of communication (thanks to Amy-Louise), so I went with BG. I must say that was a good decision because the installers (Kenny & Paul) did a great job and my place is warm and cozy. Of course, if you have complicated flooring like mine (previous electrical floor heating), the floor would not end up being the same but they were very careful to keep the disruption to minimum. Hope everything keeps running smoothly, and I would highly recommend this company for boiler and central heating installs.

My Mum needed a new boiler and to be honest - who really knows that much about something you only have to really replace maybe twice ? Boilergenie were amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy at all trying to sell, fantastic service, from our first enquiry to our boiler being serviced yesterday for the first time. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!! And we could pay off the boiler over two years as well, the icing on the cake.

I recently contacted Boiler Genie to arrange a service for my boiler, which had been causing ongoing issues. During the inspection, it became clear that the problems were unfortunately beyond repair.

What really stood out, however, was the honesty and professionalism of the team. Both the office staff and the engineers took the time to clearly explain the situation and advised me on the most suitable type of boiler for my home without any pressure or attempt to upsell.

From the initial service visit through to the installation, every member of the team was fantastic to deal with. The engineers were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, and the office staff were equally helpful and responsive throughout the process.

I had used Boilergenie before re faults in my old boiler which was fitted by someone else. Because of this very positive experience with them (Simon), I asked Boilergenie to install my new boiler. I was quoted a fair price and the installation was arranged quickly by Amy-Louise. On the day the fitting was quick, professional and with no undue mess. A Hive came with the boiler which Simon set up and taught me how to use. After a few weeks the Hive stopped working properly. I checked with Hive online and they advised it was probably a fault within the Hive's wireless communication components. I messaged Andy at Boilergenie yesterday afternoon and shortly afterwards Simon phoned me to say he could come out this morning. Simon arrived with a brand new Hive which he set up in less than 15 minutes. Problem sorted in less than 24 hours! Simon is professional, competent and a lovely guy to deal with. A real credit to Boilergenie. This is a company I would have no hesitation in recommending.
