I have just had my new boiler installed 3 days after my old one malfunctioning. I thought the installation would be conplicated due to the age and location of my old boiler. The installation was completed quick and hassle free. I would definitly reccommend Bolier Genie.

From start to finish Boiler Genie have been brilliant and completed a stress free and very competitive service. They did not complicate anything about the job as many other companies who quoted did. Their price was 60% cheaper than Scottish/British Gas.
David was on site at 8am and was joined by Lee about 2 hours afterwards and both worked through until 3pm when the job was completed. No issues and minimal intrusion throughout and both were extremely helpful, chatty but extremely professional.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Boiler Genie for a boiler replacement.

Really impressed with the service from Boiler Genie from start to finish. I submitted the new boiler quote form on their website and within 10 minutes had a quote for my new boiler from Andy. I had tried quite a few companies before getting this quote and it was about £400 cheaper than the nearest quote for the exact same boiler (Ideal Logic combi 2 30), but it also included the hive system and a magnetic filter so we were very happy with the quote.
The new boiler was installed 3 days later, engineer was great and had it all installed in a few hours.
Would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a new boiler.

Boiler Genie have made the process of sorting government grants, installing insulation and adapting my home to make it more energy efficient. They have been particularly good at communicating and have provided sound guidance at each stage.

Absolutley brilliant work completed by Paul and Alan. New combi boiler and pipe work completed so quickly, despite encountering a few problems along the way. The team arrived promptly, very efficient workers who left my home looking as if they had never been. So pleased with the outcome. Thank you Paul, Alan and the electricians who removed no longer neccessary electrical bits. I was given very clear and easy to understand instructions on how to control my new (and cheaper to run) heating and hot water sytem. Thank you Boilergenie for the fantastic service.

These guys helped me with the ECO 4 scheme where I got a free Heat pump and solar panels.

I was a bit sceptical at first since it was a government-funded job which required loft insulation and a new boiler. All I can say is I had a brilliant service from start to finish. This is a friendly, reliable company. They were very professional. I was informed every step of the way and they explained everything perfectly. They also arranged to contact me for subsequent yearly boiler maintenance. Don’t have to worry about anything. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Don't ho near them for ECO 4 grants. The guys who came to the house were brill, but, even though they admitted we were eligible for all measures, they informed me via text that they wouldn't carry out any work. When I called to find out why, call handler admitted they wouldn't carry out the installs because there wasn't enough profit in it for them! Complete waste of time! Reported to Ofgem & SCARF too.

I am a regular customer of Boiler Genie, and I rate them highly as a company. I have always had excellent service from them. Last visit was due to a problem of expansion vessel failing. The engineer was friendly and helpful,visited on the day of my call, and sorted the problem quickly without fuss. Great service. I was disappointed that this was not dealt with as a warranty issue since the expansion vessel had failed, and I had to pay for the repair. I had expected Boiler Genie would act as an agent for the manufacturer. I have an annual service in May, to keep the warranty alive. Does make me question how the warranty actually works since I had to pay for a repair of a failure in the boiler. I presume the manufacturer would not have charged me had I called them instead of Boiler Genie? I will continue to use and recommend Boiler Genie. Dropped one star on this occasion, not sure if this is a commom problem with warranty service, but I feel pulled between two systems.

I needed someone to reposition the internal pipework and reconnect the mains gas after I had the external meter moved by SGN.
Couldn't be happier with the service, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Punctual, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was working as it should. I highly recommend Boiler Genie to anyone in need of a reliable and friendly service. Five stars!
